Alyssa's POV
Crying hysterically on the phone I plead to Eric to come over. He keeps asking what's wrong but I don't even want to fathom saying what I just did out loud.
He agreed to come over and said he would be here in 15 minutes.
We hung up and I couldn't help but wonder if what I did was a mistake or not.
I fell back on my bed while letting out a big sigh.
While laying down I hear a knock on my door and my mom enters.
I look at her and she tries giving me a reassuring smile.
If you're just going to come in, then why bother knocking mom?
It's called a courtesy knock sweetie. But what's the matter? She asked sitting at the foot of my bed and patting next to her for me to move beside her.
Staying put she sighs and moves her hair to the side.
Why are you crying, she asked.
I don't want to talk about it mom.
Alyssa, you have been acting strange for weeks, I need you to open up to me so I won't be worried thinking the worse.
I'm fine ma! I swear.
What's going on in here? I roll my eyes as my dad enters my room.
Not the both of you. I can't and don't want to do this right now.
My dad stood at the door with his arms crossed and eyebrows raised. And my mom looked towards me for answers as well.

Y'all aren't going to leave this alone are you? I asked sitting up looking at a text from Erin.
You know us all to well Lyssa Bear, tell us what's going on. Your mother nor I should have to be nervous or unsure about you.
🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
I'm not suicidal or anything kids... I just broke up with Justin.
"Ohh..." they both said simultaneously..
Yeah.... and he didn't even seem to care much.
Oh sweetie do you want to talk about it, girl to girl? My mother asked. And my dad started to walk out.
