Imani's POV

We aren't seriously going to spend an entire day with that man are we? Jonathan asked looking around the table, as we sat eating dinner inside of a restaurant.

Uhh.. yes, why not? He isn't lying he really is a prince, and what's the harm in having a royal tour guide for the day? I asked picking at my steak and potato's.

Because we don't know his true intention... he responded before Antwan interrupted by saying "oh I think we know his intention..." we all looked and Tee and I started laughing.

It's not fucking funny... don't you think it's a little odd that the captain of the boat called him to meet you. He hadn't even seen you before then. It's sketch and you can't deny that. Baby tell them.... Jonathan said looking at Samir.

I waited for his response and he just sat there and shrugged. Making Jonathan roll his eyes and return back to eating his food.

We're going and that's set, besides this way we can all be coupled up! I said smiling. I'm about to send a message to the captain now and let him know we're down for tomorrow!

We all finished eating and headed to the Mall, and it wasn't how people described it. I mean it was big as shit but it wasn't that spectacular... we ended up outside at the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the word, and it truly was huge. There were a lot of people gathered around and we all stood their confused, until Samir explained that there would be a light show on the building. He eventually pulled Jonathan away leaving me with Ant and Tee, and we talked about the boat ride.

You sure about tomorrow, you know I'm down, but Jonathan did make a valid point. That was a bit weird how ol' boy rolled up on us, Tee said looking at me as I drunk my Starbucks. Yeah, I mean what's the real harm in it? I asked looking around at the different people. Let's just have a good time and put the negative "what if's" in the very back of our heads. I have a good feeling about it. He nodded his head and the light show started. Now this... was spectacular, the lights were so detailed and beautiful. Who would have thought this many images could be projected on a building.

As the show went on I looked back and I saw Jonathan wrapped up in Samir's arms in the cut, where not that many people could see them, and I smiled. Knowing Jonathan's reservations and how much he overthinks I was happy to see him enjoying this moment. My phone buzzed and I saw that I had a message pop up from my Whatsapp and it was actually the Prince. He told me he was excited to see me and that he had the entire day mapped out. I smiled and sent a winky face and returned back to the light show.

When it finished there was a loud roar of claps and cheers and people moving fast to get to their next destination. Jonathan returned to the group with Samir, and he was smiling a little to hard for me, as he approached and grabbed my arms. He said "Listen Imani, I was only acting that way because I'm overprotective of you, you're family, like a sister to me. I just don't want you to dive into something that may not be good for you." I nodded and smiled. I hear you Jonathan but I'm find and technically older than you, so that would make me the big sister. I'm not looking for anything other than a good time. Beside!!! he's a mother fucking PRINCE! I yelled.

He squeezed my arms and 'ssshhed' me. alright sis, "itsnay on the princey" there are a ton of people out her and I'm sure some of them are watching our every move. We're black and living, so people are confused and interested in us. Okay, sis but y'all were definitely over there cuddled up watching the show, Antwan said laughing. We all laughed but Jonathan was shaking his head.

Samir swung him around and asked him to lighten up and I chimed in. Jonathan please live your life out her. I get it, you're thinking about the strict rules out here but there's not much we can really do but live our lives. Because either they're going to get us for something or they aren't. Besides, I'm trying to secure the bag with the Prince, so I say we're good on them "getting us for something".
