Murdoc x reader [Unaware]

There you are in your home, in the morning, sitting on the couch, in your pyjama, looking through an old half finished project related to your (d/j), it's comforting to remember your old life. Dani has left so you're alone now, but you don't mind as you're still upset after seeing Murdoc yesterday, so it's ok to be away from people. You look through the folder of the half finished project and your mind begins to wander about all the possibilities of pursuing the project again.

The doorbell rings, so you walk up to the door and look through the peephole and see Murdoc anxiously running his one hand through his silky cosmic blue hair and in the other a small colourful gift bag. You open the door and Murdoc immediately slams the door behind him and wraps his arms around you, you're confused. He breaks away from the hug and looks worried.

'Hey, lets take a seat, I need to talk to you', You say guiding Murdoc to your living room couch. He sits down and gulps, he's acting like something bad's going to happen.

'PLEASE DON'T BREAK UP WITH ME!' Murdoc yelps out before putting his hands over his mouth.

'Break up with you?' You ask.

'You- you weren't going to break up with me cuz of yesterday?' Murdoc says lowering his hands in confusion and frustration, you seem to have damaged his ego a little.

'No, I just wanted to talk about some stuff', you say looking at the small colourful gift bag, Murdoc notices.

'Sorry this is for you, I wanted to apologise about last night', Murdoc says passing you the bag, you place it down beside you, 'So what stuff do you wanna talk about?' Murdoc asks as he takes your hands and looks you in the eyes. He still seems worried.

'Well first off, why've you been drinking again?' You ask with a serious expression on your face.

'Because- because of what happened in Escalles. I think I have some PTSD from it'

'I think I do too'

'Flashbacks?'

'Yeah and paranoia'

'Paranoia? about what?'

'Well, I wanna go back to pursuing being a (d/j) and finish a project'

'So you are leaving me?' Murdoc begins to talk faster and stutter

'No- no?'

'Then' Murdoc replies regaining his cool.

'All it means is that I can't travel while I'm finishing the project'

'That's fine by me, will you be staying here?'

'Yeah'

'Then- can- I- maybe, m-

Murdoc takes too long to say what he wants as his ego has already been compromised a little, so you cut him off. 'Move in? sure, I was gonna ask you anyway', You smile as things are falling into place.

'Also I remember you saying something about a bad dream too? are you okay?'

You tell Murdoc about your dream and he pulls you into his arms and hugs you tightly. '(f/n), I'd never do that to you'. You hug him back even tighter and push your face into his chest. You then remember the night of the wedding and how empty Murdoc looked, so you decide to ask him about it. You pull away from his hug and are sitting on Murdoc's lap.

'Murdoc, on Dani and Michael's wedding night you looked so- empty. Are you ok?'

'To be honest, no. Not only because of Escalles, but I remembered how much I missed being in Gorillaz'.

'Then restart the band, while I work on my project, you can work with Gorillaz'

'But, what if that separates us?' Murdoc asks in concern.

'It won't, we'll be living together, and if it isn't working, we'll change our lives. Because I love you Murdoc, you're my number one priority' You say as you give Murdoc a kiss.

'I love you too', Murdoc says with a cheeky grin, pulling you back into a kiss.

Your kiss blossoms into a make out. You kiss him with passion, the fire in you has been reignited. As you're sitting on his lap, you feel his member stiffen so you grab it. Murdoc then separates your lips.

'Before we do this, look at your gift', Murdoc says panting. You open the small colourful gift bag and pull out a card and a small black box. You open the card first, read it and thank Murdoc for it. You then open the box and in there is....
