Murdoc x reader [Unaware]

The Wedding Meeting

You're sitting in a large office space in kong studios with the Gorillaz, Nao and some of 2d and Nao's friends around a table to discuss their wedding. It's quite odd that they're asking other people to help plan their own wedding, but they did say they wanted it to be unconventional. 

In the beginning contributing is interesting and cool, but you eventually get bored so excuse yourself to the bathroom. You enter a stall, lock it, push down the seat and sit on it. For a while you just sit there scrolling along your instagram feed oblivious to what you're really thinking, but then your deeper thoughts slip through the cracks and you're now asking yourself- Do I want to get married? You put away you phone and just sit there wandering, imagining, hoping.

But you're disturbed by the entrance to the bathroom creaking open, you're brought back to reality and remember the wedding meeting. You stand up and walk out the stall, you look around for a moment and observe someone's shoes under one of the stalls and recognise its one of Nao's friends. You then exit and go back to the room you were first in and sit back on your seat beside Murdoc. 

One of 2d's clearly gay friends is enthusiastically waving his arms about as he discusses something to do with the cake. You have no clue what's going on at this point so you decide to ask Murdoc to update you. You lean in close to his ear.

'What did I miss?' you whisper softly.

'Just some stuff about th' cake. They wanna make it abstract or something', Murdoc chuckles softly whispering back.

'Ooooh an avant garde cake' You laugh.

'Maybe they can make it a smiley emoji to philosophically represent that they make eachother happy' Murdoc says in reply, you're both practically dying at this point. You were so caught up in your little joke that you hadn't noticed everyone had gone silent. So you both in turn go silent.

You observe the room and everyone looks shocked.

'OH EM GEEEEEE... That's brilliant Mudzy!' The clearly gay friend of 2d says. You cant help but laugh. Like seriously a smiley face wedding cake and most importantly Mudzy. You knew you had to make that your new pet name for Murdoc, he'd hate it.

The rest of the wedding meeting is really funny and quite nice. You spend it making jokes with Murdoc and listening to bizarre choices being made, you actually can't wait to see how this wedding turns out. 

(1/2 hour later)

You're walking to the car with Murdoc, his arm wrapped around your waist. He then opens the door and motions for you to enter and on the way in gives you a cheeky slap on the ass.

'Careful now MUDZY', You say playfully as you sit down.

'Aye, c'mon love', Murdoc says as he laughs before shutting you in the car. 

Murdoc then walks over to the drivers side, enters and begins driving you back to the apartment. It's been a really nice afternoon and you don't wanna ruin things but, you really wanna talk to Murdoc about marriage.

'Today was fun love', Murdoc says cheerfully.

'Yeah', you reply.

'Hey, I don't wanna ruin today but I was thinking maybe we could talk about marriage', Murdoc says awkwardly.
