Chapter 52
It had been two and a half months since Harry had left and gone back on tour. We talked every day, and I heard from the boys and Paul a lot. The paparazzi went crazy, and so many new rumors popped up after Harry and I told them the news.
One Thursday, I woke up in the middle of the night, sweating. The bed was really wet, but I knew I hadn't actually wet the bed. So what was... oh shit.
I quickly rolled over and grabbed my phone off of the bedside table, dialing Harry's number.
Ring... Ring... Ring...
"God damnit Harry!" I yelled through the darkness of my room. I wasn't surprised he didn't pick up, though. It was 3:00am where he was. I fumbled with my phone and tried another number.
Ring... Ring...
"Hello?" Louis groaned.
"Louis!" I screamed.
"Ah, what is it, love?"
"I think my water just broke."
"Okay. Talk to you in the morning, love you to, El."
"Louis this isn't Eleanor!" I yelled.
"Who is it?"
"Ariana!"
"Oh hey, Ariana." He mumbled.
"Louis my water broke!"
"Okay but-" He stopped talking, and that's when I think it all sunk in. "What?!" He yelled, and I'm pretty sure it was loud enough to wake everyone up.
"What the hell, Lou?" I heard Zayn groan.
"Louis shut up, and go to sleep." Liam said.
"Ariana's water broke." Louis said.
"What?!" I heard Harry yell.
"Shit, I didn't know you were awake." Niall was saying.
"Fuck!" Harry said and I heard a crash. "Shit!" Harry cursed again.
"You're tripping over everything." I heard Zayn say.
"Is that her?" Harry asked, and Louis' soft breathing left the other line.
"Ariana?" He asked, picking up the phone.
"Harry." I breathed.
"It's okay, I'm going to the airport right now."
"Harry I'm scared."
"Don't worry, I'll be there before you know it." He assured me. "Take deep breaths and call an ambulance to get you there."
"Okay." I nodded.
"Why didn't you call me?"
"I did but you didn't answer!" I yelled loudly.
"Sorry."
"No, sorry for yelling." I apologized. "I'm gonna go call someone, please hurry."
"I'm on my way." He said and hung up.
