Chapter 76
What I thought was hours later, I swerved into a big parking lot next to a tall building. The building had colorful, flashing lights everywhere, and loud, blasting music. I took the keys out, and threw them into the glove compartment in front of the passenger seat.
I got out, and tripped inside, over my own feet, to get a drink. I practically fell on the bar, and I didn't even remember having that much to drink.
I downed two more shots, and looked around. The room was spinning and the music was loud, and pounding in my head. I turned my body, and faced a tall blonde girl, wearing little clothing, and beads of sweat dotted her upper lip and forehead.
Was I at a nightclub?
"What are you looking at?" The girl snapped, and ordered some more drinks.
"You." I said, before my drunken state could catch up.
"Well stop, it's grossing me out." She said, and eyed what I was wearing. She tried to hide her laugh, but it was very noticeable. I looked down, and I was in a t-shirt and sport shorts; great choice for this kind of place.
After two more shots, I had lost track of how many I had taken. I got up off of the bar stool, and walked to the center of the dance floor. Immediately, two large hands were placed on my hips, and I felt a figure press up against my back. I started dancing, and something behind me got hard.
Okay.
I moved my hips faster, and someone groaned in my ear. I turned around, and there was a guy, obviously drunk, who looked about my age. I'll admit, he was attractive, but-
Wait a minute. I recognized this man from somewhere. I couldn't exactly put my finger on it, but I knew he had seen me before too.
"What's your name?" He asked over the increasing music.
"My name?" I asked.
"I'm Timothy!" He yelled. Timothy... where did I know that name from?
"Ariana!" I replied, and introduced myself. I swear I've met this guy before, but I couldn't-
"Have I met you before?" I asked, and a smile crept on to his face.
"I was thinking the same thing!" He laughed.
"Where have we seen each other before?"
"I don't know, I work at Nandos, so maybe-" I cut him off before he could finish.
"Nandos!" I laughed. "Yes, that's where we met. You were my waiter!"
"The waiter that kept hitting on you."
"Right!" I squealed.
"So, where's your boyfriend?" He slurred.
"I don't have one." I lied. Was I lying? Harry and I weren't together right now, so no... I wasn't lying.
"Oh, c'mon, a pretty girl like you must have a boyfriend." He smirked.
"Nope." I shook my head.
"Then who was that guy... um, I forget his name."
"Harry?" I asked.
"Yes, Harry!" He laughed. Why were we laughing so much?
"Oh, he's not my boyfriend." I sighed, and looked around.
"Good. Is he here?" Timothy asked.
"Harry?" I asked, just to clarify what we were talking about.
