I remember that this has happened before, but I don't remember if I wrote about it.
This just happened a few minutes ago.
So, I was lying in my room when my heart started to beat a little louder. Usually I don't hear it beating, but I heard it. It was beating louder for a beat or two, then it slowed down again. Right after, I couldn't breathe. Even now, I still can't breathe.
Edit: About 7-10 minutes later, it is slightly getting better, but I feel a little nauseous.
And don't get me wrong- I am not that unhealthy! I walk over an hour each day and I don't eat a lot of junk food! So whenever this happens, I am confused!
I also have problems breathing sometimes, but I never get that louder heart beat before.
I don't know if this has ties with the paranormal though.
