So for the last few years since ninth grade (I'm in eleventh now), I have been having trouble breathing. No, this isn't constant; it happens at random times for hours - perhaps even the whole day. I don't have asthma or any other problems breathing, so I am confused. It feels like I am not getting enough oxygen inside my body or my lungs feel small, making me breath really deeply a lot. I would also feel dizzy quite often.
I have been to the doctor and tested, but nothing came up.
Part of it I think may have to do with the paranormal. Whenever I'm in my house, sometimes I would suddenly have trouble breathing; that exact feeling. The air would feel thick and I would breathe in deeply a lot, may even feeling dizzy. (The air always feels different inside my house; like I mentioned in an earlier chapter).
Even now, the feeling's so bad that I have a window open. It's about 11:30 (23:30) in the night and I have the light on.
Now for the part that doesn't make sense: If I think this problem may have ties with the paranormal inside my home, then why do I have problems breathing like this at school?
It's still something that me, doctors and my parents are unable to figure out.
