I don't really know if this ties with the paranormal, but it definitely isn't normal.
I have been doing this for over two years, and I don't really know why I do it. I still do it to this day (as of 2018), and even last night I did it. I would do it in both the Mirror Room & Light Blue Room, and when sleeping in the guest room, I would do it. It doesn't matter what room I'm doing it in, I still do it no matter what. Though I don't tend to do it at other people's houses.
This happens at late at night. I'm lying in my bed, normally exhausted from the day. Back, when I originally wrote this, I had a bad issue with my leg: bad varicose veins, so I would be tired from standing and walking all day. Anyways...
As soon as it hits 10 pm, I would feel the need to walk around my house for a few minutes. I would walk around on the second floor and the first floor. I would even do this multiple times between the hour of 10 pm. I can't help it - I just NEED to do it.
As soon as it hits 11 pm, I would stop wandering and soon go to bed.
But it's weird, I would just wander around the house and stare out of the windows, then continue to wander around before going back to bed. I feel something in my head that tells me I have to do it. I would feel really weird if I don't walk around the house.
EDIT (10/18): This is most likely not paranormal now that I look back at it three years later. It was just some weird behaviour patterns I had for a year or two. I eventually broke out of it a few months ago.
