I wrote a chapter like this back in 2016/2017, called [I don't know how to explain this]. This is something that happened from it:
I really can't explain this, but all the sudden my eyes shot open and I gasped. I remember my chest and stomach area shot up a few centimetres and my heart started to race. I was breathing heavily with a racing heart for minutes afterward. I really don't know what caused that, because I was completely relaxed.
A few days ago, the same experience happened. Again, I had my eyes shut, trying to fall asleep. I was completely calm, and all of the sudden, I gasped and shot my body upwards. My heart started to beat like crazy for a few moments afterwards. I quickly calmed down and shut my eyes, the same experience happening again. It happened around three times in a row and I don't know why.
