Juliet followed after Zachary, driving her own car to the airport. The guys would take a ride together, catching up and probably gossip about her while she'd catch up with Chloe. Tyler would come over during the wedding weekend, not being able to get time off from work. Chloe and Tyler had actual jobs so it was harder for them to suddenly up and leave. She respected that. There was a time she kind of lived the same life. She wasn't going to lie it was awesome being able to make up her own work hours and get time off when she wanted, but the stability of always getting paid at the end of the month was also pretty amazing.
As she looked ahead and focused on Zachary's eyes in his rearview mirror she noticed he was laughing at her. She was no Lewis Hamilton, that's for sure. She knew when they were alone Zachary would bring something up along the lines of practicing together with her. She was well aware she was a safe driver, so safe it could become a problem to her fellow drivers.
She raised an eyebrow at her fiancé when she noticed his picture popping up on her phone, he was calling her. They were both parked outside the airport, waiting for their loved ones to arrive. Sighing she answered the phone cautiously.

"What was that, babe?" She could hear that he was laughing at her.

She rolled her eyes at him, "Shut up, I don't usually drive."

"I can tell." He was only rubbing salt into her wound, "It can be dangerous, you know."

"I'm well aware." She didn't mean to sound so hostile, but it was rather embarrassing to talk about her bad driving skills, "You're suggesting we do something about it, right?"

"You should have told me you're a bad driver before I put a ring on it."

He was joking, she could hear the laughter in his voice. As she looked up again and met his gaze she confirmed he was only teasing her.

"Well, I suppose my other skills make up for my bad driving."

He chuckled, "I can't remember."

She smirked, "Are you saying you want me to give you an example later?"

She heard him shift in his seat, the leather creaking as he answered her, "I'd love an example right now, but I'm sure our friends won't give us even a minute of alone time."

She sighed, knowing how true that was. Neither the boys nor Chloe would allow them to spend some alone time behind closed doors.

"You're right, guess we have to wait for our wedding night."

"It could be fun considering we had to hold out for entire week." She could hear the smile in his voice.

"We've done that before." She reminded him, "Sometimes even longer than an entire week. When you were working or when I'm on my period. It's not a big deal. We can do this."

"Oh, I know we can." He sounded so cocky, she couldn't help but to smile in response, "But I'm not working and I know you're not on your period so we technically don't have to hold out. That makes things more of a challenge, don't you think?"

She smiled, glancing aside only to see a group of people heading their way, "They're here." She told him quietly, "Get ready for a week of madness and us being apart."

"We can do this."

She mimicked his arrogant response, proud of herself she could even use the same tone as him, "Oh, I know we can."

He chuckled, "Cheeky girl, no pun intended."

She laughed, "Shut up, I'm not wearing one of my short shorts!"

She pulled the phone away from her ear when she heard the loud cheerful voice of Max, "Hi Jules! It's so nice to see you again." She looked ahead to see that Max was more or less hanging over Zachary while Brandon and Adam were loading up the trunk with suitcases. Both giving her a wave when they noticed she looked at them. Dustin was climbing into the passenger seat and joined in on the conversation, "Alright lover boy, enough with the flirting. We all agreed we're going to freshen up at your place and then hit the town. Guy's night out since it's been ages. Sorry Jules."
