I was running again in the dark. I was stumbling into nothingness. I lost feeling in my limbs. I tried to scream, but it seemed that my vocal cords had died. My feet started to drag making a screeching sound.

I jumped out of bad startled. Once again the nightmares started. I ran to the bathroom to take a cold shower. After that I put my hair in a sloppy ponytail.

Today I had to errands and get some more money for food. I walked into the "living room" of the motel and glanced at the alarm clock on the table by the corner. "7:30, great I just love mornings." I said sarcastically. As I was walking out the door I heard Jason scramble around in the living room.

"Wait! Where are you going! Don't leave me!" he frantically yelled grabbing his wrinkled shirt from the floor. "Nope," I teased. I needed him to stay here.

I don't want him annoying me for the rest of the afternoon and I didn't think he realized that I needed to kill more people to produce money for rent. Even though he had his bar-tending job, it still wasn't enough to continue living here(in this motel).

For a shitty motel, they sure charged a lot for rent. I didn't want an audience as Ii mercifully slaughtered people. He would think it was repulsive and wrong, but they hire me to assinate innocent citizens. My clients always had a reasonable reasons. I didn't like to ask questions because in return they would ask me questions. And I did NOT like that.

I walked quickly out the door hoping to loose a little parasite trying to bug me. He started to run at me with full speed to catch up, but I slammed the door and locked it from outside. I started smiling as I realized that Jason didn't have a key to get out of the motel room. Ha, he would have to be a good boy and stay in his room for a little while.

Just when I was grinning like a Cheshire cat at my work, I heard a loud thump. After a moment I realized that he was trying to kick out the door! "Fuck." I mumbled and started to panic.

I knew he was strong despite his appearance, but damn. I needed to escape before he broke the door, so I took off full speed down the hall and out the lobby. This created stares so I just gave them the bird an went on my way.

Once I felt like I was a safe distance from Jason, I started to slow down and walk down a narrow, dark path. This was almost a ritual for me because I knew this city inside and out. I also knew it from looking for jobs many other times taking this route.

I scanned the area for any gangs in need of protecting. Boring I know, but it provides enough to get by for a few meals. It was oddly tranquil and more quiet than usual. I started to grow suspicious of an ambush. The gangs did it to test me to make sure I was still strong enough to defend myself and it proved you were VERY strong to beat me, you see.

As hard as I listened I couldn't hear or smell any sign of life. There wasn't any sudden change in the wind currents. "hmmm." I mulled. "Maybe the police finally cracked down on this drug joint.

Bam! a sudden joint of pain ran up my calf. As soon as I heard the bullet ring through the air I moved quickly avoiding getting shot in the chest. I ran quickly under a metal pavilion and hid behind a trash can.

"What the fuck?" I thought. "who is shooting at me and how come I didn't sense their presence?'

Ahhhh! cliffhanger! I'm tired and need sleep so bye. PEACE OUT (homefries)
