Lucy's eyes opened. She groaned before she sat up. She looked around. Where am I?  She stood up and tried to get her bearings straight. Lucy felt that her body was no longer burning, which was good. Lucy stared at the trees surrounding her. She realized that she was in the kali forest of Fiore. Lucy shook her head. How did I get here? She thought. All Lucy could remember was running away from the guild and heading to the forest. She knew she never got there because her body had started to burn and she collapsed in pain. So someone must had brought her to the forest. All of a sudden, a male's voice came out of no where.

"Lucy. You're up. Thought you'd be sleep for another day." Lucy swirled around and saw a boy about a year or two years older than her. He had black hair braided down to his waist and lavender eyes filled with mystery.

"Who are you?" asked Lucy. "And how did I get here?"

The boy  stared at her before smiling. He was  wearing a gold fitted t-shirt and white cargo pants  with a gold and silver cloak flowing behind him. "I'm Mitsuko." he said, still smiling. "But you can call me Mitsu."

Lucy stared at him. Why did that name sound so familiar? Who was this boy to her? What was going on? "Mitsu, um... who are you to me? And why do I feel different?"

"I'm your older brother by three years. The reason why you feel different is because your true powers had awakened. You also look different as well." Mistu said.

Lucy stared in shocked. "WHAT!? You're my brother!? How is that possible? And what do you mean my true powers awakened. I am only but a Celestial wizard. I don't have any other power. And I look different?"

Mitsuko sighed. Man this was going to be a long explanation. "Lucy, before I tell you anything, you must see yourself first."

Mitsu guided Lucy over to a floating mirror. Why is there a floating mirror in the forest? Lucy will never know. Lucy looked at herself in the mirror. She gasped which caused her 'brother' to chuckle. She won't believe that this boy is her brother until there is proof. Anyway, Lucy saw herself in the mirror and couldn't help but be surprised. Her hair had become longer and darker. Like a dark golden color along with her once chocolate brown eyes, which was now a mixture between dark gold and light gold. Lucy wore white, silver, and gold one piece that had a blue diamond in the middle of her chest and golden jewels that hung of her one piece. She even had golden chains on her thighs and wore three bracelets on her right hand.

"This is you. And I know that you don't believe me when I say you are my little sister. I shall explain to you, everything. Starting with how I am your brother and ending with your awakened powers." Mitsu said calmly.

Lucy nodded and Mitsuko began to explain everything to her. "First, as you know, our mother is Layla Heartfilia. Before mom met your father Jude, she was married to someone else. My father. His name was Kindle Bane. My father and our mom had had a happy life. They then had me but after my third birthday, someone from my father's past showed up and threatened mine's and mom's life. Father told us to run and we did. That was the last time we saw my father. Not to long after, we met your father Jude. He was nice and caring and took us in. Mom was stressed and Jude was stressed as well and one thing lead to another, mom got pregnant with you. But the two was in love and married. I was ecstatic to have a baby sister. When you were born, there was an immense amount of magical power, so mom and Jude sealed them away and only let you use Celestial magic."

Lucy's mouth was wide open. Wow. Just wow. She just couldn't believe it. Wait, she has a question. "Okay say if I believe you and that we really are siblings. How come I don't remember you. Where were you when mom died and my father became abusive?" She asked.

Mitsu tilted his head. "I was there. But mom kept me hidden from you because Jude didn't want me to 'corrupt' you, as he puts it. I was always stuck in my room and mom would personally bring me the things I need like food, clothes, etcetera. I didn't know Jude was becoming abusive when mom 'died'. I just stayed cooped up in my room assuming that Jude was a good father to you. I was fine being in my room but mad that I couldn't speak to you nor play with you. It was bothersome. But one day I just got tired of it and ran away and you were only seven and I was ten. I met a demon known as Doku, the demon of poison. He taught me poison demon slaying magic for ten years straight. I was so good, that I was stronger than the demon himself. I'm sorry that I could never be with you. I hope that you can forgive me one day."

Lucy shook her head, trying to get over the fact that her father hid her brother from her so that she wouldn't be 'corrupted' by him. What kind of excuse was that? "I forgive you. I can see my father doing that but one thing I don't get is why you made it seem like mom isn't dead. I heard you put emphasis on when you said mom died. You make it seem like she's still alive and didn't die of an unknown illness." she said

Mitsuko blinked before he turned around and began walking away from Lucy who just stood there. "Follow me Lucy, then I shall explain about what I know of mom." he said mysteriously.

Lucy nodded before she followed after her brother. The two of them walked around the forest for about ten minutes before they came to a waterfall. It was beautiful.

Lucy gasped. "Wow. T-this is beautiful." she exclaimed with wide eyes.

Mitsu nodded as he stared at the beauty in front of him. "Yes indeed it is." he replied.

Mitsu then looked at Lucy. "Lucy."

Lucy turned around to look at him. "Yeah?"

Mitsu took a deep breath before saying, "Lucy, our mom isn't dead. She's actually alive."
