"Come on, Dad. Pick up your goddamned phone. I bought you a new one for a reason." Athena mumbled to herself as she paced back and forth in her dads apartment.
"Hey, it's Chris. I probably can't get to the phone right now. So, leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as I can. Bye."
Her father's voice rang through, making Athena roll her eyes and start speaking once the phone beeped. "Hey dad. It's me. I have now called you 10 times in the past 3 hours, and you have yet to pick up. I just- I need to know you're safe. I know you probably are, because you can handle yourself. But I'm worried. Call me back. I love you."
Hanging up her phone, she dropped down onto her bed and sighed, going through her contacts.
Searching for Scott, Athena's finger stopped and hovered over Stiles' contact for a couple seconds, thinking about maybe calling him. Athena shook her head, turning her phone off before cuddling her head into her pillows.

Athena shot up out of beg when she heard her phone ringing. "Jesus. Can a girl not get some beauty sleep?"
Picking up her phone, she sighed and pressed answer. "Scott." She mumbled, yawning and rubbing her eyes.
"Athena. There's another hellhound, Lydia, Malia and I are almost at your building. Come down." He said, and she furrowed her eyebrows. "You know what. I'm not even gonna argue about this." She said, hanging up and standing to look in her mirror, wincing when she saw her hair messed up. Quickly fixing it, she grabbed her phone and slipped a couple Chinese ring daggers into her boot before jogging to her door.
Grabbing the keys from the bowl by the door, she locked it and walked downstairs and outside, where her friends were waiting in the familiar beaten up blue jeep.
"Jesus. Scott, why can't you just get your own car. I love Roscoe, but this shit is gonna break down in the middle of a highway or something one day." Athena mumbled, jumping in the backseat, smiling at Malia and looking at Scott through the rear mirror.
"It's a lot harder getting your own car on part time minimum wage, Athena." Scott said, driving away.
"I did." Athena responded, making Malia chuckle.

After a while, Athena sighed. Looking at Lydia through the rear view. "We opened a door to another world, and something came out with us. Now we need this hellhound to stop it."
"But we already have a Hellhound." Athena said, popping her head forwards. "Seat belt." Scott mumbled to Athena, making her roll her eyes and lean back, putting her seat belt on.
"Yeah, but this one is different. This one can help us fix whatever is broken."
"Well, we'll put it back. We've put things back before." Malia said, looking out the window then at Lydia and Scott, who were looking at each other and Athena.
"Why are you three looking at each other like you know something I don't?" Malia asked.
Athena took a deep breath, "It might not be that simple."
"We saved Stiles, we brought everyone back, but, that's not how it was supposed to happen. There's always a price to pay. Lydia sighed, sitting back in her seat.
"We learned that from the Nemeton." Scott said, looking back at Athena, who gave him a knowing look.
Malia leaned forwards, "What king of price? A big price?"
"Big." Lydia mumbled.

"I thought you couldn't kill a hellhound." Lydia said, looking at Scott as they loomed over the dead body of the hellhound.
"Well apparently, you can." Athena said, looking around for any trace of evidence. Scott bent down, picking up what appeared to be a shell casing from a gun. Looking at it, Scott furrowed his eyebrows. Athena glanced at it for a second, but then furrowed her eyebrows and looked back.
"Argent." Scott and Athena said at the same time.
"So, it's true." Lydia said, and Athena furrowed her eyebrows. "Then what's true? What else did you hear?" Malia asked, sighing.

"In case anyone forgot, uh, yeah, I just said forgot, we almost lost him last time," Athena said, looking at her three friends as they sat on Scott's bed.
"If this turns out to be something big, and we don't call him-" "He would kill us." Scott finished for Malia. "Or we can go back to the woods tonight and find the killer." Malia said.
"Scott." Lydia said, siding with her best friend. "You didn't hear his voice, he sounded really excited to be there." Scott smiled, making Malia sigh, "Uh, just, play the voice mail."
"Scott pressed play on his phone,"
"Hey Scott, so I'm here. I'm in Quantico, Virginia, at the FBI. I'm at the friggin' FBI. It's real. I'm really here. Yeah, I kinda told Athena that I miss her and I can't wait to get home but," Athena smiled along with the others, continuing to listen to the voicemail. "Listen Scott, whatever you're doing right now, just make sure you're still getting out of Beacon Hills. Alright. Maybe you think you can't leave, you know, like the whole thing falls apart if you're not there- which I get, but, you have to. I know you're supposed to drive out tonight, so, if you don't call me back just promise me you're actually going, just get in the jeep, and go. Alright man. I've got to go. But I love you. I'll talk to you later."
Athena smiled, chuckling at the boys happy and excited voice. "Well. We can't call him. We gotta do this on our own." Malia said.
Athena nodded, chuckling, "Yeah, he's gonna kill us when he finds out."
