Athena sighed, glancing down at the text Liam sent her, and then back at his bed, which he was currently laying in. 'Not going to school today, don't tell Scott.'
"What the hell are you doing?" Athena said, and Liam groaned. "I'm definitely not going to school today."
"Um, yes you are." "I texted you."
"A very vague, text. And yes, you're going to school."
"You can't make me." He mumbled into his pillow.
"Fine." Athena said, and Liam's head popped up, his blanket still covering him, "Really?"
"No, now get your ass out of bed. You have a chemistry test today." She said, gripping his ankle and pulling him down. Liam groaned, and threw his head back, "I hate that you're strong now."
"I was always strong, I'm just stronger now. Now get up. I'll be waiting downstairs."
"Ugh!" Liam yelled, and Athena listened as he got ready.
When Liam got downstairs, Athena threw a protein bar at him. "Let's go." Athena said, and Liam groaned.
"I hate you."
"You love me."

"I have a little research to do, so I'm going into the library with you." Athena mumbled, pulling her key from the car and getting out.
"I'm not walking in there with you." Liam said, and Athena frowned. "Why not?"
"Because you look like an over protective older sister and it's embarrassing." Liam mumbled, and Athena chuckled. "Go put your shit in your locker then."
Athena pushed his head, and walked into the library.
A few kids stared at her as she walked to the mystical creatures section.
Pulling out a book labeled 'Native American Spirits' Athena began to flip through it.
'Doesn't feel good does it? You know why they're all looking at you like that?'
'They're afraid of me?'
Athena's head perked up at Liam's voice and the unfamiliar one.
'They're afraid of what you're going to say and who you're going to say it to. Nobody trusts you anymore.'
'Then why are you here? How come you texted me back?'
Athena raised an eyebrow.
'Cause maybe this time I'll kick your ass.'
Then it clicked in Athena's head, and she quietly placed the book in her bag, slowly walking towards the aisle Liam and Nolan were in.
'I said I was going to help. I can show you something. Something I know you're going to want to see.'
