Athena sat on her bed, staring at the contact name that was pulled up.
It had been so crazy lately, she hadn't had time to even think of the boy. She didn't know what to think. She wanted to know things like what he was doing. Or how was he doing.
She called him a couple times over the summer, but they went to voicemail right away. She started to get worried. She didn't know if anything had happened to him, and she needed to know if he was alright.
The last thing she needed in her life was another death.
Deciding to go through with the call, and pressed the green button and placed it against her ear.
After 6 rings, the call went to voicemail.
"Hey, this is Theo. I didn't pick up the phone because, well probably because I just don't care. But you can leave a message if you want. Alright. Bye, I think."
Athena sighed, pulling the phone away from her ear and ending the call, tossing it on her bed and laying back, hoping that he was okay.
Of course, she forgave him. He may be an asshole, but he proved to her that he wasn't an Evil Asshole. Which, to Athena, was good enough.
Standing up, she changed her clothes from yesterday into a pair of sweats, grabbing the clothes and basket of dirty ones, taking them out to the crappy washing machine her new apartment had. Putting them in and starting the washer, she left the bin in there and went back to her room.
When she got back in her room, her phone began ringing. Furrowing her eyebrows, Athena glanced at the caller ID.
"Jordan? Why are you calling me at 9 o'clock at night?" She groaned, picking up the call.
"Hello?"
"Athena. Can you come down to the station?" Athena sighed, sitting on her bed.
"Yeah. Why though?"
"Well, we just took someone you might want to see into custody." Athena's face scrunched up in confusion.
"Um, alright. I'll be there in 15 minutes."
"Okay, see you then."
Athena hung up the phone, furrowing her eyebrows before groaning. "You had to call me after I put my clothes into the washer. Athena got up, changing into a long sleeve shirt and jeans and grabbed her jacket and phone, then walked to the front door. Grabbing her keys from the bowl, she walked out to her car.

Once at the Sheriff's Station, Athena quickly got out and walked to the door, where Jordan was waiting.
"Hey," She said, and he turned to look at her. "Hey, follow me." He said, walking away and to the back of the building, where the cells were.
When she arrived in the surveillance room, Sheriff Stilinski was watching one of the cameras.
