The flight to San Fransokyo wasn't much as you expected. Now that you thought about it - you didn't expect much either.

Your plane ride was silent. You and your mother never dared to utter a word during the flight and only shared glances whenever one was to check on the other.

You kept your time to look over the window and play with your phone to occupy yourself. It was getting tiring, and you weren't allowed to look up anything on the internet - the stupid plane didn't have wifi.

As time passed by, you were re-reading your acceptance letter for the umpteenth time for the past hour. Your mother didn't mind it, she was already fast asleep beside you.

Each letter printed on the smooth paper gave a small smile to your face. You couldn't believe that you had been accepted to one of the most high-tech robotic schools in the world.

The institute wasn't been your first choice - but thanks to some noisy classmates of yours, you looked it up and immediately knew that this school was for you. Aside from the fact that San Fransokyo was the most high-tech city in the universe, you also liked the previous dean.

Although Robert Callaghan was in jail, you liked his past works and inventions ever since you were little. It was too bad that you couldn't meet him; It was one of the things you considered to do a few years back when you had known that he was the dean of the school.

But his daughter was now the current dean, so maybe it was still worth it.

Jumping, you turn around to look behind you. Someone had just pulled your hair. And let me note -- harshly.

Your eyes widen in horror when you saw a little kid, certainly a toddler, with red hair and big blue eyes. His smile was wide, and it told you that he was up to no good.

You weren't good with kids - and when you were lucky enough to be chosen to take care of them, you knew chaos was bound to happen.

This was gonna be a long flight.

* * *

30 minutes had been agonizing for you.

That kid had been bugging you ever since you looked at him. You couldn't do anything, you didn't know what to do.

With one more harsh pull on your hair, you quietly yelp as you were quick enough bite your tongue to keep quiet.

But you did know that your patience was growing REALLY thin by now.

The redhead toddler let out a squeal, amused at how you didn't do anything but flinch at his actions.

You grit your teeth in annoyance and cross your arms. Was this flight going take long? Because you were dying to be on the ground right now.

The little devil continued his reckless actions to pester you around: pulling your hair and poking random parts of your face.
Your temper was going to get the best of you by now and you were tempted to grab the kid's arm and yell at him. But before you could raise your hand from your lap, there was a static between the speakers and you looked up to listen.
