*Third Person*

There is a small village in the kingdom of Cendred. Hunith the mother of Merlin and Adelaide lives in the village. It started weeks ago when a man named Kanen started to raid the village and he started taking the food and left the villagers with nothing.

Hunith tried to stand up against Kanen but he slapped her across the face. She decided to try and ask King Uther for help since King Cendred won't do anything. It took a week to get to Camelot and upon entering Camelot Merlin saw her.

"Mother?" Merlin asked as he saw his mother.

"Merlin." Hunith replied and hugged Merlin, when Merlin pulled away from his mother he saw the bruise on her face.

"What happened? Who did this?" Merlin asked but his mother looked away.

*Adelaide*

I was in my chambers. I was in a blue and white dress.

"Adelaide, we must go to the throne room someone called an audience with the King

"Adelaide, we must go to the throne room someone called an audience with the King." Gwen said coming into my room. I stood up and followed her and Morgana to the throne room. The moment we entered I saw my mother.

"Mother." I said walking up to her and pulled her into a hug.

When I pulled away King Uther entered and I went to stand next to Morgana and Gwen. I listened to my mother's story and I then knew why she didn't want me in Ealdor a couple of weeks ago.

Uther said that he can't risk men to go into Cendred's kingdom and I knew I would have to help. The moment we were excused I walked back to my chambers and got in my riding gear and packed a small bag.
