Adelaide walked with Leon and the other knights on patrol of the lower town. Her cloak was wrapped around her to keep her warm, from the cold night.
A small figure with a cloak ran in front of them.
"Stop." Leon shouted to the person, who stopped, but didn't turn around. "Show yourself." Leon said and the figure turned around. It as a boy.
"Oh, he's just a boy."Adelaide said and walked closer to the boy.
"Out here in the middle of the night." Leon said, not sounding convinced.
"There's no need for your sword." Adelaide said and looked at the boy, "Come. Where are you going?" Adelaide asked the boy.
"Been catching frogs." The boy said.
"Frogs?" Leon questioned, confused.
"It's a full moon, Leon. Gwen tells me you used to do it all the time. Merlin and I did it as well." Adelaide said looking over her shoulder at Leon. "Come on, you should be in bed. Off you go." Adelaide said to the boy.
"Thank you, My Lady." The boy said and ran off.
Adelaide walked into her and Arthur's chambers. Arthur and Merlin stood by the bed. They had decorated it with flowers.
"Oh, Arthur that is so sweet." Adelaide said smiling at what Arthur did. "You've gone to all this trouble. Roses, my favroute. You remembered." Adelaide said and Arthur hummed as he pulled Adelaide closer.
"Have you missed me?" Adelaide asked, Arthur hummed again.
"Merlin, uh, it's late. You should probably get some sleep." Arthur said to Merlin who walked passed Adelaide and Arthur, while mumbeling a thank you.
"Oh, Merlin before you go. I'd like a hot bath." Adelaide said, just as Arthur picked her up.
"Certainly, My lady." Merlin said and left.
