*Adelaide*
I stood in the stands and watched as the knights, Arthur and Alexander train for the jousting tournament. Arthur was riding against Sir Leon. The first round he won but the second one, I could see the sun shining on Sir Leon's armour and Arthur was blinded so he lifted up his lance and Sir Leon pulled away and I knew that would make Arthur angry.
I couldn't hear what was being said but I heard the words 'Future King' and 'not... hurt'. I walked closer just as Arthur stormed off with Merlin behind him.
I got dressed for my dinner with Alexander.
I walked out of my room to Alexander's because that is where we are having dinner. I knocked on the door and he opened it with a smile.
Dinner went by al-right. We had our fair share of laughs and jokes.
"Alexander, there is something you need to know about me." I said looking at him.
"What is is?" He questioned.
"I am not sure if you would want to continue the engagement and later marry when I tell you this." I said which made him look at me confused.
"Whatever it is Adelaide it can't be that bad." Alexander said.
"I know that Uther hasn't told you "I started but Alexander cut me off.
"About you not being royal blood. He told me." Alexander stated making me look at him surprised.
"Then why would you want to marry a commoner?" I asked him confused.
"I am not marrying you for who your family is but because I like you and your personality."Alexander smiled at my surprised face.
"Oh." i blushed as I looked down at my empty plate in front of me.
I went to bed after the dinner. Now I know that Alexander accepts me for me. Now there's only one more thing to tell him about. Maybe two things depends on his view of magic...
