Chapter 26

Hailey's POV:

"So where were you? Your mom didn't know either when I asked her" Marcus grinned when he looked at me. "Were you meeting some hot guy because if you did I will beat go beat his ass as soon as I find out his name"

I giggled and shook my head. "No, I was out with a few old friends" I lied to him and hoped that he wouldn't notice it. "Oh, that's great. I hope that you had fun" Marcus smiled and moved my hand behind my back. "What about the birthday party? Did you enjoy it?" he asked.

"It was so amazing but I wish that you would have been there. How did you know about it by the way?" I looked him because I had thought that he hadn't been informed about that, since he wasn't there. Marcus scratched back of his neck and chuckled awkwardly. "Because I organized them for you, baby" he mumbled and looked me shyly.

My mouth drop open. "Really? Oh my gosh! I- I didn't- Oh my gosh" I didn't get anything out of my mouth which would have actually made sense on that moment, so I just grabbed him to my arms. "Thank you so much, Marcus" I whispered. "No problem" he whispered back.

"Dinner is ready!" I heard my mom calling from the kitchen and we followed the voice. We sat on the table  side by side and my mom and Richard sat on other side. "Benjamin, come to eat!" my mom yelled again to my brother before he finally run to the kitchen.

He sat other side of my boyfriend and Marcus softly mixed his hair. "Wassup?" he asked to him and made Benjamin laugh. I had always liked it, how they came along with each others. I was almost sure that if they had in same age, they would have been best friends.

Finally we started eat. Mom had made pasta and meatballs but there was also some vegetable patties for me. We didn't really talk anything special. Just how our day had went et cetera normal stuff. "So how has your school started, Marcus? Have you been pleased with the choice you made?" my mom started a conversation with Marcus.

"I have been really pleased with my choice. I'm really enjoying to study in that school since it's a little smaller than schools here for example. Teachers can give much more time to us and our questions when groups are smaller and yeah..." Marcus explained. "Well, that's good to hear that you're liking it and seemly you still came along with my daughter too"

My mom's comment made me roll my eyes. "Mom" I mumbled and looked her. Marcus chuckled and looked me. "Yeah" he admitted while his hand moved on my knee under the table. "I wouldn't ask better girlfriend, what this girl next to me is"

I smiled to him and tilted my head. "Stop" I giggled. My mom and Richard just looked us and tried hold their laugh which our actions made them get. "And I couldn't wish better man to my daughter. It's a honor to get you in our family" my mom said before she stood up the table.

"The dessert will get served a little later since I forgot to put that thing in the oven" she informed before she started collect our empty plates. "I'll go show the house for Marcus" I told back before we walked to upstairs.

"So is there a real house tour coming or?" he looked me asking. "I can give you one or then we can change plans.." I told him and nodded over my room. His wide smirk told everything I needed to know. "I would have wanted to see, what your mom had made as a dessert but I think that's even better one" he chuckled and followed me to my room.

"I have missed you so much, Hailey" Marcus mumbled to me when he pushed me against my door and kissed me passionately. My hand wandered to lock the door, so nobody could interrupt us. "You have to be quiet then. I think that they are still downstairs" I reminded him when he started underdress me.

"You should be only worry about yourself" he chuckled and kissed me. "Hahhaha, funny" I rolled my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck.

I was still a little sensitive from last night with Justin. I know that it was wrong that I was spinning with a two different guys in the bed in same day but I had to do this so Marcus wouldn't start doubts that I was cheating which I actually was.

"It has been so long time when we have last time did this" Marcus kissed my neck and moved his right hand over my breast. "I know, please just do it. I don't know how long I can take it anymore" I begged him and pulled his face closer mine. "Do it now" I whispered

And he did.

It felt like my insides would have been burning. My toes curled when I tried keep those tears away. I didn't know did they come because I had really missed him or because I knew that lying to him about my vacation here bothered me and I wanted tell him everything, even it would probably break us both.

"Are you okay?" Marcus asked worried and swiped my falling tears off my face. I nodded and smiled a little. "Yeah, I have just- I have just missed you so much. Promise me that you won't ever do that again, don't ever leave me hanging like that" I mumbled.

"I won't. I promise. I'm sorry that I didn't call you or answered your texts. I don't know, what was wrong with me. I- I'm just happy that you stayed loyal to me even I was acting like a jerk to you" I could see his eyes glistening of tears now too. "I was so scared that you would have found someone better to your life and left me"

My heart beat now like a crazy. Slowly I nodded back to him and kissed him, even it didn't feel right. My heart kept jumping on my chest and alarm clocks inside my head screamed louder than ever:

Liar, liar, liar...

But I couldn't stop the game now when I once started it. I had to continue till the end, even it wouldn't end well.

Thoughts?

I will move to write back to Instagram now too, so I don't know how much time I can give to this fanfiction. There's about 3 chapters which are ready already, so that's a good start but weeks will go fast and soon there won't be new content.

I try work with this as much as I can but don't wonder if I won't be posting so often then. I'm not leaving you though. I will finish this story for you♡
