Chapter 19

Tobi's POV

"Tobi. Get up." Someone says. I groan and get pushed off the bed.

"Oof." I open my eyes and Taylor is standing over me, laughing.

"Get the fuck up! We gonna go get belly piercin'!" She yells in my ear.

"Okay! Let me get the hell up! Ima ring your neck one day!" I yell back.

Taylor sits on the bed while I get dressed in a belly shirt, booty shorts, converse, and change my belly piercing which I already got pierced awhile ago. Then I left my hair straight and went into the living room with Taylor following me.

"Tay wants to go get her belly button pierced so we'll be back later." I tell the guys in the livin room.

"Who's he?" Taylor whispers in my hear and points to Dallas.

"That's my brother Dally." I tell her.

She nods her head and we go through the front door. Ponyboy is standing there and smokin a cigarette. I walk up behind him and wrap my arms around his waist.

"Hey Tobi? Is your brothers name Dallas Winston?" Taylor asks me. I nod and Pony turns around so me and him are facing each other.

"I'll be back. I gotta talk to this Dallas!" Taylor says and goes back inside.

I smile and take Ponyboy's cig outta his mouth and take a hit.

"Hey! That cost one kiss madam!" Ponyboy says and wraps his arms around my waist.

"No kisses for you! Ima thief!" I reply.

"Then I'll just have to steal a kiss!" Ponyboy says and kisses my cheek. I smile at him and kiss his soft lips.

Taylor's POV

I walk back inside and see Dallas sittin on the couch next to Johnny.

"Hi. I'm Taylor. We gotta talk." I say and drag Dally into Ponyboy's room and close the door.

"Ya know, usually a girl buys me and drink before takin me to the bedroom." Dallas says and smirks.

"Shut up. Do you remember Chase, he lived in Michigan." I ask Dally. He freezes and stares at me.

"What about him?" He asks me suspiciously.

"I'm his ex. Taylor. Why did Chase do it?"

"Your the amazing Taylor. Heard your good in bed from him. But uhh, I don't know why he wanted to snort. It just came up and man, i don't know. But he always talked about you." Dallas informs me. I miss Chase so much. Ugh. Stupid feelings.

"Is he outta jail?" I ask Dallas.

He opens his mouth but it closes. It looks like he's searching for words.

"I guess you never got the message." Dallas said to me. I shake my head back and forth.

"Chase is dead. When he got outta jail, he would snort all the time and after one his body couldn't take it and he died. Man, I'm sorry." He told me.

I froze and sat on the bed slowly. Tears started to stream down my face. He couldn't be gone for good!

Dallas sat down next to me and I hugged him, at first he didn't respond but then wrapped his arms around me. I sobbed onto his shoulder for what felt like hours. Dallas held me and rubbed soothing circles on my back.

After crying my eyes out, I told the gang that I had to go home. Dally walked me home but we didn't say anything. Once I got home I ran to my room and pulled out a pen and paper.

Dear Chase,

I know your gone and will never get my letter or even know I wrote one. But, I just thought maybe you should know something. Please be watching what I write from in the heavens. Chase, I always loved you and I thought that if you were out of jail then we could be together again but I guess that will never happen..... I don't want to move on Chase. But I think that it's time to move onto someone else. Please watch over me. Chase please forgive me. I love you and I will always love you. You are my everything and you just mean so much to me. You always made me happy except for when you sometimes hit me but I knew you always loved me! I wish you could come back to tell me that everything will be alright. I'll try to write to you everyday but I don't know if I can keep that up. Chase, just know that here or not, I will always love you. Please baby, come back to me.

Tears streamed down my face. I can't believe he's really gone. I wish he was still here to hold me in his arms. He made me feel safe! Chase please come back.
