Chapter 20

Taylor's POV

Knock.. Knock... Knock

Groaning, I got up and opened the front door. Sodapop stood in front of me with a sympathetic smile.

"Dally told me about yesterday. I came over to cheer you up." Soda says. I nod and let him inside.

"Can we watch a movie?" I ask Soda, even though we are at MY house.

Sodapop smiles and nods. I pick out a movie and it begins. I sit on one side of the couch while Sodapop sits at the other end.

"Come over here." Sodapop says, I scoot closer to him but I guess it isn't close enough for him.

He pulls me over to him and wraps his arms around me. Sparks erupt from just having his arms around me.

Halfway through the movie, Soda starts playing with my hair. I giggle and turn to him, I plant a sweet kiss on his cheek. Soda's cheeks turn a light shade of pink.

Tobi's POV

"Tobi.... Tobiiiii" Ponyboy whined. I walk into his room and he's laying on his bed.

"Yes dear?" I ask him.

"Come ere. I wanna cuddle." He said smiling.

I walk over to him and lay down next to him. His arms wrap around my waist, sparks fly.

"Pony?"

"Yes?"

"I love you. So much." I admit. Ponyboy kisses my neck.

"I love you too Tobi." Ponyboy replies. Darry walks into the room.

"Hey do you lovebirds know where Sodapop is?" Darry asks us.

"He went to Tay's." I reply and smile. Darry nods his head up and down slowly and walks into the kitchen.

Ponyboy fell asleep. I get out of his grasp and walk into the living room. I feel someone's arms wrap around my waist and pull me on their lap. I look behind me and Steve is smiling at me. The hell?

"Care to let go?" I ask but got outta his grasp before he even replies. I then sit between Johnny and Dallas on the couch.

"Hey Tobi." Johnny says quietly.

"Hey Johnny, wanna go for a walk?" I ask Johnny.

Johnny nods his head and follows me out the front door. Johnny and I walk down the road and arrive at the park.

"So, did you and Ponyboy really do that stuff?" Johnny asked out of no where.

"Uhh. Yeah, me and Ponyboy have done basically everything."

"That's tuff. I haven't done anything with a girl. But there's this girl I like." Johnny says. Oh la la

"What's her name?"

"Her name is Anna Rose. She's a greaser beauty. Her smile makes me smile and her dark brown hair shines. I really like her." Johnny tells me, his cheeks turn a tint of pink.

"Awh. Johnny, maybe you should ask her out." I recommend. Johnny looks at me with wide eyes.

"No. No. No. No. She'll never wanna be with me. I'm just a lame greaser."

"Johnny! She will wanna date you! Just ask her! Your an amazin' guy and any girl would be lucky to have you!" I tell him. Johnny smiles and looks down.

"Alright. Ill give it a shot." Johnny admits.

I smile and we walk back to the Curtis house. Once we arrive, I light up a cig, Johnny goes into the house, and Pony stands next to me on the porch.

"Hey baby." I say cheerfully. Pony smiles and kisses my cheek, I blush.

"HEY!" Sodapop shouts as he approaches the house.

"Hey there lover boy! Make your move on Taylor yet?" I ask him. Soda smiles and blushes.

"Nah. We just hangout today but I think ima make my move on her tomorrow." Sodapop tells us. I smile and wish him luck.

"Wanna go to Buck's tonight?" Ponyboy asks me, leaving a trail of kisses down my neck.

"Haven't been there in awhile. We could go to Buck's or stay home and cuddle, maybe you'll get lucky." I say, I wink at Ponyboy and walk into the house swaying my hips.

"Yeah. Lets stay home." Pony says loud enough for me to hear.

I giggle and the guys tell me that they'll be goin' to Buck's tonight. Sodapop says that he'll be at Taylor's.

"Soda, why don't Tay just come over here?" I ask him, Sodapop looks up and has his thinking face on.

"I don't know. I guess we'll all just hangout here." Sodapop says and goes to the phone to call up Taylor.

Everybody is gone except me, Ponyboy, and Sodapop. There's a knock at the door which is probably Taylor. I open the door and gasp at the sight in front of me.

"What happened?!?" I ask. Taylor is covered in blood and looks like she got her head kicked in over and over again.

I'm rewriting the entire book, similar story but different also, so if you're just now reading it, I recommend reading all of it fast or hold off until the new release. When I publish the new version, I'm deleting the old completely. New version should drop end of May or beginning of June. A set date will be posted at some point.
