Joey's POV:
I was able to do everything normally again. They are supposed to let me leave anytime soon.
"Mr.Graceffa?" a woman in scrubs asked.
"Yes."
"You are able to leave now. She will have to assist you for the next two weeks though," she motioned at Meghan.
"That sounds great! Thank you for every thing!"
She left the room. I looked over to Meghan who was still holding my hand. She fell asleep, her head leaning on the wall.
"Meghan?" I whispered.
"Huh-Wha?"
"We can leave now!" I laughed at her.
"Finally!" she shot up out of her chair.
I collected my things and we walked out to the sidewalk.
I waved down a taxi. We got in and told the driver the address.
"Don't do that ever again, Joey," Meghan said.
"Did I really scare you that bad?"
"I don't want to lose you. You are the best thing that ever happened to me," she sighed.
"Don't worry. I'm pretty healthy! It was just a weird thing!" I pulled her into me.
Our lips met. I twirled her tongue around mine. We broke for air.
"Wow," she looked at me and smirked.
"Wow is right!" the taxi driver laughed.
"Oh-My-God! You were watching!" I was crying from laughter.
