Not So Perfect

Chapter 13

“oh my god Callie!” Tori’ voice wakes me up from a nice dream and I open one eye, a frown already on my face.

“Tori! You just ruined my dream!” I moaned sitting up, this time I didn’t feel dizzy.

“ooo! What was it about?” she asked. I was still in the nurses office and I saw a Tori and Aiden in the room, Aiden had a sympathetic face on while Tori’s was bright with excitement.

“just...”

“boys? Cole? Sage...?” She smirked and I glared at her.

“no. Beaches and sun,” I replied in a haughty tone.

Tori rolls her eyes at me, “ok miss bitchy,”

“sorry,” I apoligise feeling bad.

“no worries, so you want to know what happened?” She suddenly grins.

Aiden sighs loudly, “let her rest Tori,” His tone is slightly annoyed. Huh?!

“no, no, what happened?” I asked staring at Tori, she was frowning at Aiden.

“Just....shit happened.” She replied seeming distracted.

“what happened Tori?” I said in a don’t mess with me voice.

She looks towards me suddenly and sits next to me.

“Tori don’t, shes just woken up, she’s probably still shocked with earlier, don’t put this on her,” Aiden protested.

“Aiden, I am here you know,” I say feeling annoyed.

“Fine, don’t say I didn’t warn you though,” He muttered and walked out.

I stared after him not understanding. “what time is it?”

“jeez Callie, thought you wanted to know what happened?”

“what time is it?”

“After school why?”

“I slept that long?”

“Yeah,” she replied.  

“wow...ok, does my mum know?” I asked her.

Tori shrugged, “not sure,”

“Ok, tell me what happened?” I say preparing myself.

“sure?” she asked seeming cautious suddenly.

I give her a strange look, “er, yeah...”

“ok, well, don’t blame me when I finish,” she warns.

I stare at her.

“ok, ok,” she sighs starting. “right...when you fainted, Cole turned around and Sage,er, punched him in the face...” I gape. “...and so Cole hit him back...in nose, and then Aiden broke them two up while Hunter and me took you to the nurse...Sage came in like 5 minutes later, you were still unconscious and he went really freaky, like he started saying things to you, Hunter took me out the room to give you two privacy,” She bits her lip.

“what did he say?” I ask getting confused.

“just...that he never meant to hurt you like that, and he’s sorry for even coming into your life...” She murmurs.

I groan in frustration. “what else?”

“that’s all I heard, didn’t you hear any of it?” She asks.

I give her a incredulous look, “I was unconscious,”

She pauses for a bit looking around the room.
