Just so you know, this part is completely different from the last one. This is where you meet Bev, then she introduces you to the rest of the Lucky Seven.

You and your parents had just moved into Derry. Everything was moved in and running within the week. And the first day of school was tomorrow. You had your favorite outfit planned out, and hanging on your closet door. After taking a shower and listening to your mom telling you to go to bed already, you finally turn off your light and lie in bed. A nervous excitement flooded your body, and you couldn't really sleep. Then you finally fell asleep. At 12:06.

When you woke up, you were exhausted. It was really nice in your bed but had to leave sometime. You reluctantly did your morning routine. You put on your planned outfit, with your favorite rarely worn hairstyle. Your mom told you school was to start in 20 minutes, so get in the car. When you got to school, you aimlessly wandered the hallways. While doing so, you saw a girl with short red hair rolling cigarettes into her blouse as she was leaving the bathroom. You knew it was wrong, but you let it slide. You had your own problems, anyway. You made your way past the other students with your previously given schedule. Slowly, you made your way to your first class.

The teacher seemed nice enough. She said you could sit with anyone you wanted to. You scanned the class for any empty tables. None. But you saw a space at the same table with the girl you saw earlier. You had no choice but to sit next to her. While the teacher gives the while introduction schpeil, you try starting a conversation. "Hi!" you say cheerfully. She smiles and says hi back. "Are you new as well?" you ask. "No, all three years so far," she says. "Oh." After that and a little more talking, you two hit it off. It turned out you had a lot in common.
In fact you got along so well that the next day, she invited you to hang out with her group of friends.
When you got home, you told your parents you made a friend and that you were hanging out after school.

You didn't know how to ride a bike, so you let her lead you. She walked you through a forestry area, lots of bugs, which you didn't like. All the bugs became a bother real quick. She stopped at a clearing with a small river. There were six other people already there. "Um, Bev who are they?" "The friends I told you about," she replied. They were all staring at you curiously. You and she walked a little closer. "Hi," you said quietly. They smiled. "This is Bill, Richie, Mike, Ben, Stan, and Eddie." You smiled back.

"We were going to build a dam." She put a hand on your shoulder. "One more wouldn't hurt." Your face lit up. "Sure!"

You worked on the dam for what felt like hours, but you finally finished. It was fun. You got to talk to everyone and get to know them. You took a liking to everyone, they were good people. While you were observing your hard work, you were suddenly pushed into the river. You spit water out of your mouth and wiped your eyes. "Which one of you was that!?" you shout.

"It was Stan!" said Richie. You slowly look at Stan. "No, wait, it was-"

Too late.

You knocked him backward into the water. Richie was pointing and laughing as he watched you two wrestling in the water. Sending cat calls in your direction. Eventually Mike and Ben had to pry Stan off of you.
You were both sitting in water up to your waist, drenched, and catching your breath. You were about to start shouting at him again, but he grabbed your hand and pointed at Richie, saying it was him. You look over at Richie, with the angriest look on your face. You slowly stand up and start running straight for him. Then you two started wrestling, but Richie was enjoying it, laughing and giggling.

Mike was giving you two the strangest look- confusion. Stan was watching in satisfaction. Then you slapped Richie, which snapped him out of it. The rest all winced in unison. Then they all joined you, messing around in the water, splashing each other and shouting.

That day was perfect for you.

Eventually, everyone got exhausted and went to dry off. While you and Bev were lying down and listening to the radio, you had the sudden feeling of eyes on you.

You glanced over just in time to see the boys looking away. Just out of their earshot, you whispered to Bev, "Why are they staring at us?" She sighed and said, "Because they like us." You make a weird face to yourself.

You start thinking as to how someone could ever like you.

I'll make Richie x reader soon.
