You Saved Me~Chapter Two

*Jake's POV*

I stood behind the kid, watching as she looked out the door. There were creatures out there that looked much like the creatures back in Japan. The C Virus caused all kinds of terrible mutations.

From giant lizard men to that faggot Ustanak.

She backed away from the door, bumping into my stomach. She let out a gasp, and I smiled quietly under my cloak.

I walked over to the window myself and grimaced. This wasn't gonna be am easy fight.

"I believe we had a deal.", I said.

She put her hand into her cloak and pulled out an apple. I took it and opened the door, tossing it up and down as I did so.

"Are you going to keep your promise?", she asked from the doorway.

The creatures in front of me were snorting and grunting, kinda like wild boars.

I grabbed the hood of my cloak and yanked it off. I raised the apple to my mouth as I raised my gun and pointed it toward the snorting creatures.

I fired, sending bullets into their brains.

"Fair's fair, kid."

*Chris's POV*

The helicopter was about to land on the roof of a large store in Afghanistan. There had been many reports of BOW'S in the area.

I hated this job sometimes. But if I didn't do it, nobody else would.

Sherry Birkin had agreed to try and get in touch with Leon Kennedy and Jake Muller.

I didn't like either of them that much. Sherry was a sweetheart. I was glad she had changed the heart of Wesker's son. I honestly didn't want another whackjob like him around.

They started lowering ropes so some of the troops could land at the base of the building.

I saw O'Connor, our newest recruit slide down the rope. He reminded me about Finn Macauley, a young man who had died back on one of our missions when the C Virus was first discovered.

I had never gotten over that one. He had been a loyal soldier and would have made his family proud.

That thought brought me back to Piers Nivans, another soldier that had known Finn. He had saved my life countless times.

The last one had been fatal to him.

Once the chopper landed, I walked out onto the roof. The city was in chaos. People were running everywhere and screaming. Buildings were on fire. The soldiers down below were firing weapons at these creatures that resembled the C Virus. Except they looked like pigs. Sounded like them too.

Anyway I made my way down the stairs into the building. There was smoke here too. Man, whoever these terrorists were this time, they meant business.

We walked out into a back alley, where three of the creatures had someone cornered.

Just as we raised our guns to start firing, the cornered guy flung his cloak off and shot at the creatures.

One of them dropped dead, while the other two charged toward him.

The guy jumped over the first one's back, hitting it square in the skull with his fists.

The boar like creature fell over dead while he finished the remaining one with another bullet to the brain.

I had only ever seen those skills one time.

He straightened his spine as a little girl ran out of the house he had been standing in front of and threw her arms around him.

He tensed. This guy apparently didn't know much about children.

"Excuse me!", I yelled over to him.

He turned around slowly. "Oh, great. You and your boyscouts are here, too."

Okay, so, obviously some main characters from the series are teaming up again for this story.

I hope it doesn't disappoint all of my fellow Resident Evil Fans.

I need some ideas for creatures as well. Just message me or post. I appreciate it.
