projects and dances
Class before lunch was Kevin's least favourite class, science, he was good at it but Moose was always either hitting on some girl or trying to get into Kevin's nerves by asking him out.
Moose sat beside Kevin while everyone else talked because the teacher was late.
"Hey Keller" Moose wrapped his arm around Kevin's shoulders
"Yes Moose? What can I help you with?" Kevin removed Moose's hand from his shoulders
"Did you change your mind about bringing your boy toy to the dance and bring me instead? You know your dad won't like you going with a serpent"
Kevin turned to face Moose "first of all why would I want to bring you and second, my dad is actually meeting my boyfriend and his name is Joaquin" Kevin stated and turned around back to the front of the class
"Don't you miss me?" Moose said turning Kevin's face to look at Moose and moving his lips beside Kevin's.
The teacher walked in and everyone say down, since Betty was sitting down with Veronica; Moose stayed seated beside Kevin.
The teacher started explaining a new assignment they would have to do in partners
"Come on, you miss me" Moose whispered putting his arm around Kevin's waist "don't you?" Moose whispered to Kevin's ear
"Stop it Moose" Kevin whispered loudly trying to not interrupt the teacher moving his arm away from him. The next few minutes was consisted on the teacher explaining while Kevin tried to keep as far as possible from Moose.
"Kevin and Moose will be paired together since they are chatting a lot back there" the teacher said while other people started pairing up with their friends "sorry we were just talking about the assignment" Kevin said quickly trying to get out of the trouble "well enough, you guys are paired up, start working everyone" the teacher said and started writing down on the board
"Well Keller I guess you are stuck with me" Moose smirked
Kevin rolled his eyes and got his notebook out as he started copying the things the teacher wrote on the board.
Once the bell rang Kevin got all his stuff together and walked away from Moose
"Keller wait" Moose called on the halls
"Yes Moose?" Kevin stopped at his locker to leave his books and get his lunch
"Should we start the projects today? Maybe I can come over"
"I can't today Moose, I'm doing something after school" Kevin closed his locker,
"you meeting with your boy toy, aren't you?" Moose pulled Kevin closer to him
"It's not of your business" Kevin moved back
"I will be at your house at six so you better be ready to start working on your project if you don't want the entire school you are dating a serpent"
Moose said and started backing away "see you at six Keller"
After school Joaquin invited Kevin over to his trailer since Kevin's dad was working at his house. They were laying on Joaquin's bed
" are you ready for tomorrow?" Kevin said as he played with Joaquin's bracelets
"I'm nervous but everything will be fine, don't worry" Joaquin smiled kissing Kevin's forehead, they laid down for a few minutes "I'm hungry" Kevin mumbled and then started laughing, "alright let's go eat" Joaquin chuckled.
Kevin was sitting down taking pictures of Joaquin, they had put music on and Joaquin kept dancing as Kevin took videos and photos of him "dance with me" Joaquin said pulling Kevin up "I can't dance like you" Kevin looked down "I'll teach you" Joaquin kissed Kevin and started guiding his feet and hands, Joaquin started spinning Kevin, pulling him close to him, kissing him the song had changed and they were still kissing except the kiss was getting heated as the minute, Joaquin reached for Kevin's tights lifting Kevin and sitting him on the stool Kevin was sitting on before their dance "we should eat" Joaquin smiled while pulling away from Kevin, "playing like that...okay" Kevin murmured loud enough for Joaquin to hear, Joaquin put the mac and cheese on two bowls and sat with Kevin on the couch eating. They finished eating and Kevin helped Joaquin wash the dishes "I should go now" Kevin dried his hands
"why? It's early still..." Joaquin approached Kevin
"Well my science teacher decided to pair me and Moose together for a project" Kevin looked down "and if I don't go to work with him he is telling everyone about you"
Joaquin hugged Kevin "I am scared they will talk bad about you" Kevin whispered into the hug with tears building on his eyes
"Hey don't worry" Joaquin stroke Kevin's hair "I understand, I will walk you home, okay?" Joaquin looked at Kevin who nodded and brought Joaquin into a kiss "I'm sorry I don't want trouble for you" Kevin hugged Joaquin again before going to get his bag pack and jacket.
Joaquin walked Kevin out of the south side trough a side where not many people were found. After walked out of the Southside Joaquin held Kevin's hand and pulled him close to him "be careful with him okay?" Joaquin said out of nowhere, "if he tries anything funny let me know"
Kevin smiled "I will, don't worry quin" Kevin kissed Joaquin's cheek and kept walking.
They reached Kevin's neighbourhood when Kevin got a text message 'I am at the end of your street, where are you?' Kevin rolled his eyes and pulled his hand away fro Joaquin's to answer the text 'I'm almost there' Kevin put his phone away and kept holding hands with Joaquin until they got near their street "okay, I will see you tomorrow right?" Kevin smiled at Joaquin
"I will be here, don't worry" Joaquin went on his tip toes and kissed Kevin's forehead, Kevin blushed and kissed Joaquin on the lips "alright bye" Kevin said as he walked away "see you preppy" Joaquin smirked and waited until Kevin walked to his street to leave.
Moose was leaning against a tree waiting for Kevin "finally" Moose whispered looking at Kevin walking closer "you said six" Kevin simply said and kept walking to his house
"And you are two minutes late Mr. Keller" Moose showed Kevin the time on his phone "okay okay, just follow me" Kevin said entering his house
"Hey dad" Kevin said "Moose is here to do a project with me"
"Alright, dinner is in an hour" the sheriff yelled from his office and Kevin went upstairs.
"So what should we start working on?" Kevin asked putting his stuff down
"I don't know, I wasn't listening" Moose said as he lied on Kevin's bed
"Fine I'll ask Betty what we are supposed to do"
By the end of the night Moose stayed for dinner and they started their science project, "well I should go now" Moose said turning his computer off "I will be back on Saturday night so we can keep working"
Kevin closed his laptop "alright Saturday sounds good"
"Kevin, just know that if things don't work with... Joaquin"
"Moose can we not talk about this please, I will see you Saturday" Kevin started walking downstairs, Kevin waited until Moose was out of his drive way to close his door and go to sleep.
