You and your boyfriend YoungBae had been dating very well for a year. One whole year today to be exact. It isn't easy of course. He's very busy in his career, but the time you spend together and how he makes you feel is well worth it.

He asked you for a quiet day alone with you for your one year anniversary. No crowds, no noise, no interruptions, just the two of you marathoning your favorite movie series. You're cuddled up together on his couch, munching snacks and just enjoying each other's company. He occasionally kisses your cheek, neck, lips, whatever he can get to.

After the second movie you have nodded off when you wake to a knock on the door.
"I'll get it Jagiya." YoungBae kisses your nose and you stretch yourself awake.
When he comes back he's carrying a beautiful bouquet of daisies and roses.

You gasp a little as he walks toward you smiling.
"Is that for me?"
"Of course my jagi. Happy Anniversary!" He kisses you gently and says, "I have one more surprise for you."
He sits beside you and pulls a ring box from his pocket. Your eyes get a little big as you see the box. He opens it and takes out a beautiful emerald ring.

He says, "You always say your favorite color is green. Because, green represents fresh life and new beginnings. Y/N, That's how you make me feel. Fresh and full of hope. I'm hoping now that you will wear this as my promise to you. You're the one I love, the one I want my future with. Will you wait for me, and be my wife when the time is right?"
You're all choked up. He looks so handsome and loving at you right now. How could you possibly refuse that much love and devotion. Especially when you feel the same way.
"Of course baby. I love you with my whole heart, and I want my future to be with you too."
He smiles so big his eyes disappear,and he slips the ring on your left hand. You lace your hands behind his neck and give him a kiss that quickly turns from sweet to passionate.
"I have a present for you too, but you have to take me to your room to unwrap it." You give him a sly grin, and he picks you up carrying you to his room. He didn't know that under these frumpy clothes you were wearing just to lounge around you had prepared a little surprise of your own.

"Happy Anniversary YoungBae..."
