{OTP/Prinxiety} - Goosebumps

Virgil sat comfortably on the sofa, Stranger Things playing on his TV.

I was sitting at home on my sofa, watching my favorite show
PJs, popcorn and ice cream, with no makeup on

He heard a knock at his apartment door. He paused the TV and opened it. He saw his friends, Logan and Patton, at the door. Their fingers were intertwined while Patton smiled wide at him.
"Hey bud! Get dressed we're going out tonight!"
Virgil groaned. "Whyyy?! I don't wanna be social!"
Patton gave him a stern look, like a dad would give his child, and Virge knew he wasn't gonna give in.
"Ughhh fiiine!" He went to go change.

My pals dragged me out to a party, I didn't wanna go

They arrived at the party and Virgil was still pretty upset about going out.
Well, that was until he locked eyes with a certain, regal looking, stranger from across the room.

I walked in and that's when I saw you, my heart hit the floor

Virge felt the chill down his spine and the heat rise to his cheeks. He looked over to Patton who furrowed a brow.
He looked over to the prince like boy and smiled wide. He grabbed Virgil by the hand and pulled him over to where the boy was.
Virgil's blush increased as he stood in front of the boy.

"Hey, Roman!" Patton said. "I wanna introduce you to my friend! This is Virgil." He said gesturing to the semi flushed boy.
He gave a slight wave. "Sup."
Roman smiled. "Hello, Virgil"
"I'll let you two get to know each other." Patton walked away.
Virgil gave a weak smile. "Heh, excuse me for a minute.
He made his way to the bathroom and looked around.

Try to find a brush in the bathroom, my hands start to sweat

He looked at himself in the mirror and sighed. He looked at his ripped, black jeans and his deep purple sweatshirt.
"I should've worn something else." He sighed as he opened the door. He walked out to look for Roman.
He saw him over by the bar and walked over.

And I try to say "Hi", I tried a million times

He sat next to the regal boy and felt the heat brush his cheeks again.
Roman smiled. "Um so, do you like Disney?"
Virgil snorted. "Who doesn't?"
Roman chuckled. They continued to talk about Disney and debate about the messages in the movies.

They had been talking for at least an hour before Virgil felt his phone vibrate. He looked to see a text from Patton and decided to go find them.
He looked up at Roman and smiled. "It was nice talking to you, Princey" Roman chuckled at the nickname, "But I gotta go find Patton." He stood up.
Roman stood up as well and smiled. "It was a pleasure talking with you as well, fair emo."
Virgil blushed and chuckled at the name.
Roman smiled. He leaned in and pressed a quick kiss to Virgil's cheek. He smiled at him and walked off.
Virgil smiled and looked down at his hand where a little slip of paper was. Roman had slipped it into his hand apparently.
He opened it up and felt all the heat rise to his cheeks
'Call me sometime, edge lord. ;)' was written along with a phone number.
He put the paper in his pocket and went off to find his friends.
Ok being social isn't terrible.

(a/n ok so i know what you're gonna say but in my defense Meghan Trainor's music is actually really good lol. And a lot of the songs can apply to Prinxiety sooooo
