Virgil was sitting in his room when all of a sudden a loud crash sounded throughout the mindspace. He was startled by the noise but got up to go investigate. He walked into the kitchen to see a distressed Roman standing, eyes wide, over a broken vase full of flowers that Thomas' mom had given him.
"What happened?" He asked.
The royal whipped around to look at his boyfriend. "Um, Nothing!"
He chuckled. "You're a really bad liar, Princey."
Roman sighed in defeat. "Ugh, fine. I might have been swinging my sword around a little too hard..."
"And you broke the flower vase?" Virgil continued.
"...Yes." Roman sighed. "Guess I better clean this up." He walked over to get the broom and dustpan.
Virgil chuckled. "This is why we can't have nice things." He looked to Prince, who was now sweeping up the broken glass. "You want help?" Virgil asked.
"Are you willing to help?" Roman asked back.
Virgil moved closer to his boyfriend. "Hmmmm, nope." Virgil smirked. He placed a quick kiss on the Prince's lips and backed away. "While you're doing that, I'm gonna go steal all your Disney posters." He teased.
Roman looked up in shock. "You wouldn't..."
A mischievous smile found its way to Virgil's features. "Oh I would."
Roman dropped the broom. "Don't you dare."
With that, Virgil sprinted towards the royal's room. Roman ran after his boyfriend. Virgil didn't realise how fast Roman was until he caught up and tackled him to the ground.
Both traits burst out laughing. Virgil stood up and dusted himself off. "Fine I'll help you, Sir Sing Along.~" He smiled. Roman stood up as well.
He laced their fingers together and placed a kiss on the darker trait's lips. "Good idea, Hot Topic.~"
