Roman yawned and stretched as he opened his eyes.

The sunlight had started to pour in through the blinds. He looked next to him to see his sleeping boyfriend.

The light fell on Virgil's features, making him seem more beautiful than he already was.

Roman smiled at how peaceful he looked. He placed a soft kiss on the other's forehead. "Wake up, darling."

Virgil hummed and slowly opened his eyes. He smiled softly at his boyfriend in front of him. "Morning, Prince Charming."

Roman chuckled. "Good morning, Princess"

The man could feel his cheeks heat up slightly at the nickname. He placed a small kiss on Roman's jaw and nuzzled his head on his shoulder.

"You wanna get up and eat?" Virgil asked. "We have a perfect kitchen to make pancakes."

Roman smirked at his lover. "Babe, no offense, but you can't cook for shit."

Virgil rolled his eyes fondly. "Wow ok then, jerk." He chuckled. "We have a perfect kitchen to burn pancakes then."

"That's more like it." Roman chuckled.

They sat there with Roman's arm around Virgil's back as his arms wormed around Roman's torso. Neither of them wanted to move.

Roman sighed and placed a kiss on his head. "You still wanna get up?"

Virgil shook his head. "Let's just stay here. It's nice." He muttered.

Roman nodded. "Okay, darling."

They sat there for a few more minutes before Virgil pushed up to face Roman.

Virgil smiled and leaned forward to press their lips together. Roman melted into the contact and kissed back. The kiss was soft and sweet both men smiling as they pulled apart.

Virgil smiled and sighed. "I love you, dork."

Roman chuckled at his boyfriend and pecked his nose. "I love you too."
