Here's the cold, hard truth baby girl: If he cared about you, he would let you know. 

When you have a place in someone's heart, they will make sure you know it. It is not your job to play detective and try to figure it out how he feels or what he wants. If he doesn't make himself clear to you, if he doesn't make sure you know that he cares, then he doesn't care- period. 

And most importantly, a careless boy like this does not deserve a girl with a heart like yours.
