Hermione stood beside Her husbands grave stone, the rain pounding hard against the cobbles leading towards the church.
The others had left with their condolences, leaving Hermione standing within the rain, holding her baby daughter close to her chest under an umbrella."I-I L-Love Y-You J-Jack,"she shivered, tears shining in her brown eyes.
She grazed over his gravestone, the thick Black marble stone, with a beautiful large photograph of Jack, beaming at her, within a mass of bouquets and flowers, messages and laminated pictures.
She bounced her baby in her arms and kissed her head, biting her bottom lip, in fear of bursting into a wave of tears, and sucked in a deep breath.
"Forever,"
She bent down and kissed the grave stone, before walking off, silently sobbing, hugging her baby girl closely, and taking one last glance at her husbands stone, before appearing with a small Pop back at the house they shared together.
Once her daughter was fed, bathed, changed and asleep in her crib, Hermione went down the stairs and poured herself a large glass of red wine, sitting on the couch.
She hummed as the wine fizzled down her throat, until a small tapping sound erupted in the room, and at the window sat a wonderful jet black owl, with sapphire blue eyes.
She opened the window, and took the letter from its talens, after giving it a treat, and sitting on the couch again.
She opened the envelope and pulled out the letter, written softly in that familia fancy handwriting was:
Dear Hermione,
I hope you are healthy, and your family happy too, I heard your wedding was magnificent and I apologise for not being able to make it.
If it's possible, I would like to see you again soon, maybe lunch at the leaky Cauldron?
Please answer back, and tell me when your free! I hope this doesn't come at a disadvantage for you, or Jack, if so please tell me and I won't contact you again. All my love,
Draco Malfoy
