Navi woke us up after the fight, and we got Illicero to recover so that we could all go home.

I held Letonin's hand throughout my trip back home. Navi was driving, Illicero was vaping at the passenger seat, and there I was, laying with Letonin in the back.

Oh yeah, and Sendex was in the trunk.

But in any case... I know it's going to be painfully difficult to explain why I'm coming home at 2:00 in the morning...

My mom trusted me to take a bus... and I suppose that's going out the window when I get back...

As Navi kept driving, I looked out the window.

The stars hanged over me with their signiture luster I always adored.

Letonin kissed me on the head before gesturing me to lay with him in the backseat. I complied without hesitation of course.

Soon enough, we arrived home.

I checked my pocket for the house key.

Hell... I lost it

This won't be easy in the least...

I opened the car door and Letonin followed behind me. I twisted the door first before knocking, just to try my hand at another opportunity to avoid her head on.

But no, its locked.

Before I went ahead and knocked on the door, Letonin stopped me.

"No, let me" he said.

I watched in shock as he took a step back and kicked the door open.

"Letonin what the fu-"

He covered my mouth and knelt down with me. I looked back and saw Ilicero and Navi alarmed in the car. They slowly got out with worry in their eyes.

"Letoni!-"

Illicero covered my mouth aggressively. I started flailing under his grasp.

"Be quiet Jaide, something isnt right" He said.

I started to calm down, although with no clue of what could be happening.

Letonin ventured further into the house, cautiosly. Navi and I followed behind, and Illicero stayed at the car to make sure Sendex was in check.

~Letonin's P.O.V~

A demon.

Yes, I said it.

And no ordinary one either, no. This one... I can sense power oozing from it as I think.

Now how the hell did Navi not sense this for all the time he's been here?

I kept walking until I found the source of the power. And... my discovery dreaded me.

Cyrine.

Laying on a couch.

Peaceful as ever. Same pure, innocent look. Same glacier colored hair.

And doing nothing other than snoring on a pillow, wearing a dolphin onesie. totally unaware of anything that has transpired.

"This... this can't be..." I said under my breath.

"Whats wrong Letonin? Whats the matter this time?" I heard Jaide ask behind me.
