I could barely breath. My body felt numb. My eyes were hazy. It was cold. It was dark... It was......
"You... my friend... are slow."
I couldn't speak. And I couldn't move a muscle from the shackles he has me locked in.
"You are so slow, it annoys me. I want to kill you for it."
I swallowed hard, despite the pathetic threat.
"W-where are we...?"
His eyes bore an empty stare. "Far enough from Colorado, that's for sure..."
I let out a breath...
"So now I have two motives to sever your body parts one by one." He said, swinging around a steal hoe.
"You, you and the Reapers of Order, whom you've befriended, have been in the way of an operation since day one."
"What are you talking about?" I choked.
He walked fast toward me and stuck a knife in my arm. I screamed out in pain as he gazed into my eyes like a snake.
"Your little friend... the demoness."
Cyrine... no...
Tears started falling from my eyes.
I let out a shaky breath. "W-what do you w-want with her? She's... a-a... actual... demon?"
He laughed.
"Well of course she is! But that girl... she's different. She's the rarest breed of thousands of demoness I've ever encountered in my lifetime! They call her breed the Profugo.
I can't believe what I'm hearing...
"When I have her, I know for sure I can surpass Lord Death himself."
He caressed my face.
"And maybe while I'm at it... I can use you to my advantage too..."
Sendex... Navi... Illicero... Letonin... Cyrine... please stay away... I don't want you all to get hurt...
'I'd do a lot more than get hurt, just to see that smile on your face again.' I heard.
