Tino's POV

"Peter, please! Put your pants on!" I shouted, chasing the energetic boy around the house.

It had been over four years since he was born, his fifth birthday coming up in a few months. His eyes had turned a lighter blue color, his hair growing wild and light blonde. The thing we couldn't match to one of us, though, was his eyebrows. He has slightly larger eyebrows, but neither sides of our family have similar ones.

"No, mummy, I won't wear them!" He shouted, running to hide under the table. "Why do you keep calling me mum? I'm not female," I asked. "Papa calls you his wife and you gave birth to me. What else would I call you?" He asked back. "I... I have no answer to that. Now come put your pants on!" I dove under the table and grabbed him, dragging him out from under it as he laughed loudly.

I quickly stuck his little legs into the pants and pulled them up. He squirmed and flailed, but nobody can escape my grip.

Nobody.

"Let's go get the others, ok?" I asked him, standing up and grabbing his little hand. "Ok," he smiled cutely.

My heart warmed at his smile, causing a soft smile of my own. I led him around the house to grab the others, then went to the car first to strap him into his car seat.

Everyone else piled in, Lukas driving, Mathias next to him, Berwald and I on either side of Peter, and Emil stuck in the backseat alone. Emil didn't really seem to mind being back there though.

"So where are we eating at?" Emil called from his seat, Lukas' head slightly tilting in his direction. "Some random fancy place I guess. Ask Mathias," he responded. "Don't ask me, Sve was the one who chose it," Mathias said, Emil turning to look at Berwald. "Hmm," looks like Ber doesn't know it's name either.

"Is this it?" Lukas asked, pointing to a building with a name in a different language. "Mhm," Berwald nodded. "Alright then," Lukas turned into the parking lot, almost running a squirrel over, and quickly parked. "Why are there always so many squirrels around you?" Emil asked, unbuckling his seatbelt and waiting to be released.

Everyone ignored his whining and left the car, me grabbing Peter before letting Emil out. "So why are we eating here?" I asked. "Just because," Mathias answer quickly, awkwardly walking inside the building.

A few minutes later, we took our seats. We had a nice meal, chatting about anything and everything, laughing when Peter stuck carrots up his nose before gagging when he proceeded to stick it in Emil's food, just having a nice time to hang out with each other.

Mathias cleared his throat, our attention focused onto him. "I.. uh... I have something I want to say."

Mathias' POV

"So, I've known you all for over ten years, and it's been so much fun. We've all been through so much together. Tino and Berwald got married and had Peter, Emil started his own licorice/art website with Leon which turned out to be surprisingly popular, and Lukas and I have been dating for almost four years." Everyone smiled at the memories, Peter bouncing in his seat at the mention of his name. "Today, I'd like to add another memory."

I stood up and pushed in my chair. Emil had his phone peeking out over the edge of the table, taking a video just like we planned. I looked at Lukas, kneeling on one knee and pulling out a navy blue box.

"Lukas Bondevik, will you make me the happiest Dane on Earth and marry me?"

He looked at me in shock, staring at the golden band in the box. He then looked up at me, his face a dark pink. "Of course I will!" he shouted, jumping up and wrapping his arms around my neck to pull me into a kiss.

The others started cheering, random people throughout the restaurant joining in.

"Eww! Mummy! They're kissing!"
