I stopped by the flower shop to pick up Alex her favorite orangey-pink roses. It was the only shop in Miami that sold them so I went out of my way for those. I drove to her apartment, where I was greeted by Violet at the door. She called down into the hall "ALEXXXXXX! Your boyfriend thing is here!" taking the flowers with her as Alex walked up to the door. "Hey cute note, and thanks for the flowers!" Alex exclaimed as we walked to the elevator, I couldn't help but stare at her. God did she look amazing. She wore a light pink romper with gray TOMS and matching grey sunglasses. "Haha aw thanks, I'm glad you liked it." I responded snapping back to reality out of my fantasy. As we walked to my car I entertained my hand with hers. She smelled nice, maybe a Victoria's Secret fragrence I got her awhile back. When we got to the park I set up the picnic with her watching and laughing to herself. I tried to fluster up the confidence to tell her there, to tell her the thruth. But Alex looked me straight in the eyes and we sat down, it was now or never. I kissed her passionately for this might be our last kiss and I was praying it wasn't or I would remember it. I looked her right in the eyes now and began talking "Umm.... Welll.... I'm not really sure where to start. I hope you don't hate me, but if you do I understand.... Um I can tell when we're outside your apartment. No, nevermind I have to tell you now. Just remember I'll always love you, not matter what." She gazed at me eyes full of eagerness to what I had to say, but also sightly full of fear. "A few days ago I went to a party and some drunk hoe kissed me but I pulled back as fast as I could." I spoke very quickly, not wanting my words to linger in the air. But judging by the hurt expression on her face I can tell she understood. She looked  at me on the brink of tears and she almost whispered "Please, take me home now." I forced myself not to cry and got up, offering my hand to Alex. But she ignored it and headed straight for the car and took her home.
