****Alex's P.O.V.****
(Fast foward two months)
"Why are you here?" I exclaimed loudly.
"I came to see you before Violet gets here love, I have to talk to you." Nathan said in a hushed voice. He was waiting foe Violet to get out of class and meet him, so I sat down. "You got 5 minutes while the chicken is in the oven." I stated more rudely than I wanted.
"Matthew is a wreck. He's broken hearted and devasted. He doesn't know what to do. He hasn't left his bloody room for two months and is being a pain in the arse. He says that he loves you and wants to marry you-" Nathan was speaking when I cut him off.
"I don't care about Matthew anymore. I don't want to hear about him. I'm done with him. He cheated, I moved on end of story." I got up from the table and stormed into the kitchen. I was having mixed feelings both happy and pissed off. "Matthew wants to be with me! Matthew wants to be with me!"I chanted in my head as i cut the chicken. "FOCUS!" I told myself as I prepared the salad and slid the plate to the pick-up area. I then went to the window to check on Nathan. Violet finally got there and they were laughing about something while eating the salad I just prepared. I went to the dessert area of the kitchen where the home-made chocolate sauce was being made. I prepared a chocolate cheesecake and then poured the chocolate delicousness all over the cake. I sent it over to Nate's table where the waiter said "Compliments of the chef" gesturing towards the window where I waved from. Violet took a spoonful and shot me a thumbs up, and waving me over. "THIS SAUCE IS AMAZING!" She exclaimed in a whisper-yell when i finally got to the table. "Thanks! I'm glad you like it, it's home-made. Do you want me to bring some home?" I asked knowing it would be a yes and she just nodded her head violently. "Alright, my shift ends in 10 minutes, I'll go grab you a container." I respondeed, waving goodbye as I walked back into the kitchen. I went to the sauce and filled up a 10 oz. container and put it in a bag. I rushed to the locker room where I clocked out and changed. Half sprinting and half walking towards Vi and Nate to deliver the bag of goods before I went home, I bumped into a muscular chest that felt all too familiar. I looked up to see Matthew standing in front of me.
