Chapter 6: Hello!

I woke up to Zuko still by my side. I smiled to myself as I got up from under him and snuck out of his room. I walked over to mine and changed into something else. Something I haven't worn in a while. I put on my old outfit that I wore with the gang and tried to put it on. It was hard to do so with my bigger boobs getting in the way. Ugh. I will make this fit! (Any other girl have this struggle?)

I managed to finally put it on, but I had a hard time breathing. Stupid boobs, they always get in the way. Yeah, this looks a bit smaller on me now, but this will have to do. You know what I haven't worn in a while? The necklace Hahns gave me a long time ago. I put the necklace on and looked at myself in the mirror. Yeah, it looked like my boobs were about to pop from this thing. I better hope it doesn't happen though. It didn't seem that bad, though. . . .

I opened the drawer to my nightstand near my bed and pulled out my dagger from it and held it close as I put it through the ropes of my dress. (This would be the pink one she bought in book two). I walked out of my room and then hurried my way out of the palace. I was going to train with my dagger today, which I haven't done it a long time and it was only like two or three times.

Once I was out, I went to the front of the palace since it's where I usually train with Ty Lee, but she wasn't here today. That meant I could have this all for myself for now. I took out a couple of dummies to practice on and got straight down to work. Man, I should've told Zuko what I was doing first, but oh well. It can't be helped.

I began to practice like normal with my acrobatics, leaving hard hits till I began to use the dagger and jab it at the dummy. I tore the dummy to shreds as I ripped off an arm and threw the dummy's chest with the dagger. Suddenly, I felt the ground rumble from under my feet and I lost my balance and fell to the ground. What the heck was that? I got back up to my feet and looked around, but there was nothing. How strange?

I ignored it and continued to train once again, but the tumble soon came back again and I fell again with a thud. What's going on?! I got back to my feet and looked around to see what the rumble was coming from. Sadly, I didn't find where the source of the rumble came from. I was getting extremely worried in case something bad must've happened and I didn't know about it.

I run back inside the palace to find Zuko as soon as possible. I hurried towards his room but when I went inside, he wasn't even there. As I was about to run back out, I saw a note by his bed side on the night stand. Confused, I walked over to it and picked it up and read the note. Once I was done, I almost dropped the note in complete shock and bewilderment. He was going to leave me?! Right after the day when he said he wants to marry me?! I gasped, running out of his room to find him as fast as I could. I couldn't let him leave me!

Where could he have gone?! Why would he leave?! Why would he not let me go with him?! Why is this so important that he had to leave me behind?! Panting, I ran through the corridors as I looked everywhere in hope to find Zuko. I didn't know where to look, but I knew it had to be quick. I was panting hard, but I wouldn't let that stop me as I continued to run faster. I heard a shout about where the Fire Lord had to be, but I chose to ignore it as I ran out of the palace to meet a battle.

I gasped in horror. What was going on?! I have to help these people before innocent lives are taken! No, I couldn't let this stop me from finding Zuko! Even though it was a stupid decision, I continued to do what I had to do. I ran again away from the palace, knowing only one other place that Zuko would have gone to. If he was going to leave, I knew his purpose and where he would go. I have to get there before it's too late!

I ran with all my strength as I finally made it to the Fire Nation hot air balloon. Of course, there would be no other way for him to travel. I looked around frankly for me to find him but he was no where to be found. Don't tell me it's already too late! No! I will not accept that! I threw a jet of wind behind me so I could jump into the air. I let it glide me around into the air as I searched for Zuko. My eyes scanned the area probably over a billion of times and I still could not find him.
