Chapter 15

Alyssas POV:

I suddenly woke up to talking people from downstairs. I felt around the bed and realized Justin wasnt next to me so i got up. I decided to hop in the shower for a few minutes. I washed my hair and myself then got out. I wrapped myself with a towel and quickly ran out of the warm bathroom in my room to my closet to grab a pair of white high waisted shorts, and a black crop top that says 'let me take a selfie' and a pair of blue, purple and white faded out vans and i ran back into the warm bathroom. I took off my towel to dry myself off and put my shorts on, then my bra. I went to slip on my shirt. As i got it over my head, i saw a big bruise fading away on my arm. It was from Chaz about a month ago. I was starting to get light headed and dizzy having flashbacks of that day and i had to sit down. I quickly sat down on the toilet with the lid on it trying to take deep breaths to calm myself down. I couldnt breath, i felt as if i were suffocating. So I opened the bathroom door and a blast of cold fresh air came rushing in. I started to breath normal again as i brushed my hair and straightened in. For my makeup, i put on light silver eyeshadow, a thin line of black eyeliner, mascara, and some foundation. I felt just fine now.. So i ran downstairs to find Justin sitting down next to Pattie on the couch as she layed her head on his lap.

"Hello beautiful." Justin said as he turned around and saw me come downstairs.

"Hi baby." I replied while walking over and giving him a kiss.

"Im hungry." I said as i walked into the kitchen to find uncle Scooter wearing a nice suit and tie trying to tie his shoe on a chair.

"Were are you going?" I asked him as i went into the cabinet to get a box of cereal and then to the fridge to get milk. I then got a bowl and a spoon and made myself cinnamon toast crunch.

"Meeting." He said while pulling his foot off of the chair and grabbing his breif case. "I have to go now. Love you!" He said as he gave me a kiss on the forehead and rushed outside to quick for me to say it back. i sighed to myself. Uncle Scooters always really busy now. It seems like hes spending all his time on Justin and work. I sighed once more. Oh well. I shrugged it off and walked into the living room with Justin and Pattie.

"Hello sweetie." Pattie said as i went and sat next to Justin.

"Hi." I said back.

"Whats up beautiful?" Justin said while giving me a kiss.

"Eh nothing." I said blankly.

"Whats wrong?" Justin said with a sad face.

"Nothing." I just looked away.

"Cmon baby. I know when something up with you. Now whats wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing." I replied while looking at the tv.

"alright, i guess were doing this my way." Justin said as he stood up and left pattie to lay there alone.

"Wait Justin what--" i got cut off by him grabbing my arm. "Justin let go!" I laughed.

"Nopeeeee. Now follow me." He smirked.

"Okayy what!" I said as he dragged me into a bathroom as Justin came in and shut and locked the door behind him.

"Whats wrong." He whispered while taking my hand.

"Nothing." I said.

"Alyssa stop being so stubborn. Just tell me!" He said starting to get angry.

"Im just upset." I said softly.

"Why?" He went back to a whisper.

"Well, Uncle Scooter isnt really around anymore for me. Hes always paying attention to you or pattie or my mom. Everyone but me." I said trying not to let a tear fall.
