Chapter 41: Love Conquers All

Heidi's POV

I turn back to see that Ally and Ella were being over powered by Mal, "I need to go help my friends." I smile and look up at him, "Ben and I will go help the others." I nod my head giving him one final kiss before I start making my way over to the girls. I flip in the air forming a blue ring of fire, I hurl the ring of fire at Mal, it connects right in the middle of her chest sending her back away from my friends, "We need a plan and we need one fast." I look from Ella to Ally, "I think if we incase her in ice, it should hold long enough for us to figure out what we can do to break the spell." Suddenly the three of us are bombard with a blast of green fire again, only this time Mal wasn't alone, standing to her right was Gaston JR, and standing to her left my brother Hadie. "Hadie, you are my brother, you don't have to do this." I try to plea with my brother, "I have had an enough for one day." Hadie raises his hands and I am lifted into the air and brought close to him, "You are making me do this, why couldn't you just stay away." Hadie slams me hard on the ground. I can help but groan in pain, but I looked up and shot a fire ball at Hadie. It made direct contact with my brother's face, and Hadie screamed out in pain. The way he screamed reminded me of the way father use to burn him for misbehaving, you would never know it but Hadie had many scars on his body, which is why he wasn't often seen without a shirt on. I run up to my brother, "Hadie, I am so sorry, I didn't mean to do that." both stood up and stared at each other for a second, suddenly my attention was turned to a scream, I see Gaston JR man handling Ella, "If you love her like I know you do, save her, otherwise JR will not hesitate to kill her." I watch in horror as Gaston Jr grabs Ella by her neck and wrist slamming her against the wall and then to the ground, and finally against one of the pillars. Her face was smashed into the rock, it felt like her skull was going to shatter like glass. JR let go of Ella, as Ella rolled onto her back I notice her nose is bleeding there is tiny pieces of pillar in her hair, and she was a mess. "Please." Ella begs looking at me and my brother. JR forcibly pulls Ella up by her neck and begins to squeeze. "If you aren't going to help her, then I will." I start to walk away but Hadie grabs my arm and stops me. "I can't let you do that." I look at my older brother in complete horror. I am suddenly tossed to the floor behind my brother, my brother turns his attention to Gaston Jr and I notice his eyes turn black. I had to cover my ears due to the unbearable and terrifying scream that came out of JR, I look around my brother and I can't believe what I am seeing, Ella is now on the ground in front of JR, but the arm that was holding Ella is now completely bent backwards, Hadie brings his other hand down quickly and JR falls to his knees screaming again, I start to piece together what is going on, my brother must have discovered a new found ability, "Hadie, what are you doing?" I stand up and place my hand on the back of his shoulder, "I am making JR suffer, like he was trying to make Ella suffer." Hadie shakes my hands off him. I look around to see, Evie and Jade had taken out Winter, and out of the corner of my eye I notice that the barrier Quinn was surrounded by weakened a little bit, Ella steps in front of my brother and places her hands on his shoulders, "It's okay Hadie, I am safe now, please let him go, killing him won't prove anything." My brother's dark gaze turned back to his normal eye color, he releases JR from whatever hold he had him on, JR falls to the floor knocked out. Jay, Lonnie, Carlos, Diego, Evie, Jade, Ally, Ben, Lil Shang, and Harry all make their way over to the rest of us, "NO!" We all turn to see Quinn and I can tell even from where I am standing that she is not in a good mood, "MAL, FORCE REBEKAH TO MAKE THIS POCKET WATCH WORK, NOW!" We all run up and get as close as we can to the barrier, Rebekah to my surprise pulls out a knife from under her dress, she swipes it at Quinn but is stopped mid swing by Mal, "You really think that would work, you are more of a fool then I thought." Rebekah smiles a sweet smile and like a ninja she swipes at Quinn with yet another knife, only this knife misses Quinn but only by a few inches. "Mal if you would please, I would like to go home now." Mal raises her hands, but suddenly the barrier disappears. We all look around confused and wonder what happened, Quinn looks around and I am guessing is wondering what happened as well, "I think it's time you went back to where you belong, back to the Isle." Quinn looks at Mal terrified beyond belief, as Quinn reaches for her necklace I see that it's not around her neck anymore, "WHERE IS MY NECKLACE!" Quinn screeches so loud that I swear the fortress shakes, "Looking for this?" Rebekah holds up Quinn's necklace, "It's over Quinn, your order has failed and so has your necklace." Quinn starts getting panicked, "This isn't how it was supposed to go, I was supposed to win!"
