Heidi's POV

Ben and I walk out and see a group of people talking amongst each other, "Excuse me!" Ben says loudly, everyone stops talking and looks at Ben and I, "Okay, we are going to have two teams, team one will be going to the shack and meet up with Quinn, this team will be consisting of me, Evie, Carlos, Jay, Heidi, and Rebekah." All of us stood one side, "That means team number two will be going to the enchanted lake and finding the hidden passage way, and that team is Lonnie, Lil Shang, Diego De Vil, and Jade." They all nodded, "Okay, does everyone understand?" We all nod our heads in agreement, "Okay group two, you 4 should take off now, you all have a long hike ahead." The four secure their weapons and walk off into the forest." The rest of will head in the other direction." We all checked our weapons and followed Ben. We are now deep in the forest, "Ben, back in the office, you said that the fortress has been abandoned since the end of the first war." Ben nods his head, "Yeah, from what my mother and father told me, the first war that is called 'The War of Differences' lasted about 10 years after the United States of Auradon was formed." We all look at each shocked, "Wow, 10 years, really?" Carlos asks, "Well yeah, I mean it wasn't like the villains were happily lining up to go to the Isle." Ben tried to make it humors but it didn't work, "I never will understand why your father thought it was a good idea just to throw out parents away on some rotten island and forget that they ever existed." Evie says pushes branches out of her way, "To be fair it wasn't just my dad who choose to do it." All of us stopped in our tracks, "What are you saying Ben?" I ask him looking at him confusion in my eyes, "My dad was king and listen to what the United States of Auradon Kingdom Council thought was best for everyone." I took a step towards him, "So all this time, it wasn't just your dad to blame, it was literally everyone." Ben nods his head as he keeps walking. We finally reach a clearing and I can see an old looking shack not far from us, "Here we go." Ben says taking a deep breath and steps into the clearing, "Well look who decided to show up to the party." I hear JR say in his loud voice, "What wrong Ben, your friends to scared to come out and face us?" Winter's voice rang in my ears. I step out next to Ben and the others soon follow, "We have nothing to be scared of, especially if you two are the only ones out here." JR and Winter start laughing, "You really think that the two of us would be out here alone?" Winter asks, suddenly I feel something brush against my face, it feels like fur, "You won't be needing those weapons." Winter waves her hand and just like that all of our weapons vanish and appear seconds later on the other side of the docks, far beyond our reach. "I see you brought us the daughter of the white rabbit, but I don't see the trident." JR smiles a very smug smile as he raises an eyebrow, "They don't have with them." A voice said out of thin air, Chelsea appears up in the tree above us, "I will never understand your father and your fondness of being in trees." Chelsea just laughs a little and stretches out along the tree branch. "Why didn't you bring the trident like Quinn asked?" Winter steps forward, Ben makes all of us take a step back, "It was too big of a risk to take it, the museum is on high alert thanks to you." Winter just scoffs and rolls her eyes, "I guess we got the most important part of the plan." Winter comments to JR who nods his head in agreement. "I am surprised to see such small numbers, I was really looking forward to an all-out fight." JR flexes his muscles, "Well I am sorry to disappoint you, but the fewer people involved in all of this the better." Ben was good at talking his way out of the things, "Chelsea, did you see anyone else with them?" Chelsea shakes her head, "All they talked about was some war that happened forever ago." I look at Chelsea with wonder, "How did you know that?" she smiles her father's smile, "because Smoky, I have been following all of you since the moment you stepped foot in the woods." Winter cleared her throat, "We should get them to Quinn, I am sure she has a lot to say to you all." Winter vanished into a cloud of green smoke, "Follow us." JR said walking towards the shack. Chelsea vanishes from her spot. "Just stay calm and don't cause them any reason to harm any of us." Ben says as he follows behind JR. I feel Carlos run into me, "Carlos, watch it." I turn to look at Carlos, "Sorry Heid, it wasn't me I swear." I hear laugher out of nowhere, "You are right, it wasn't you." We all step inside the old run down shack and the door is violently shut. GR laughs as he flips on the light switch and the floor beneath me starts moving. We are all suddenly jerked forward, "Watch your step." JR says as he walks under a stone archway. We all follow closely behind JR and with Chelsea behind us not been seen, it's not like we could do anything else. we arrive to a set of double doors, and JR lightly shoves them open. I walk inside and it is the most stunning place I have ever seen, a group of shark's swim around the walls, JR shoves us in front of a 6-step staircase, my eyes look at the staircase, sitting on the right side of the staircase is my brother, who is making green fire appear and disappear from his hand, on the left is Harry Hook, who is sharping his sword with his hook, at the top of the staircase is Mal, she is standing next to a heart shaped throne chair, the chair was occupied by none other than the leader of the group Quinn. "Welcome to my home." Quinn smiles and gestures around to the fortress.
