The next morning*
Erin was up before jay and didn't feel that sick like she did two days ago. After woke up she went and brushed her teeth and made her and jay breakfast
Jay~" good morning beautiful"
Erin~" good morning to you too handsome"
Jay~" what are you burning now?"
Erin~" what? DAMNIT!"
Jay just laughed because Erin wasn't that good of a cook
Erin~" the one time I try to make breakfast I burn it"
Jay~" here you sit down and I'll make breakfast"
Jay cleaned the pan where Erin was trying to make eggs and bacon for jay as it was his favorite breakfast
Erin~ " how is it that you can cook and not burn crap but I cook and I almost burn the hole damn place down"
Jay~" luck I guess" jay chuckled
Erin~" well you might need to teach me how to cook Mr Halstead!"
Jay~" oh really Mrs Halstead?"
Erin~" yeah!"
Jay~" how are you feeling this morning?"
Erin~" fine I think the hole morning sickness thing is gone"
Jay~" so uh you should tell hank."
Erin~" your right. I'll tell him today when we get to work!"
Jay~" speaking of which we do need to get going"
Erin~" oh crap I didn't even realize what time it is"

At the district*
Erin knocked on hanks door
Hank~" come in" he yelled
Erin~" hey, I have something I need well we need to tell you."pointing back and forth from jay to her
Hank~" what is it?"
Erin~" I'm uh I'm pregnant."
Hank~" your kidding me right?!"
Erin~" no I'm not kidding and your not allowed to kill Jay understand!"
Hank~" well since I'm not allowed to kill Halstead congrats you two!"
Erin~" thank you hank!"
Erin and jay walked out of hanks office
Jay~" hey we need everyone's attention!"
Everyone looks at them
Erin~" I'm pregnant!"
Kevin~" oh my god congratulations!!"
Adam~" oh god the last damn thing we need is another mini Jay or Erin running around!"
Erin slapped Adam in the back of the head
Adam~" congrats you two''
Antonio~" Adam if your gonna say it say it like you mean it" everyone started laughing
Hank~" Erin you to realize that your on desk duty until you have the baby right?"
Erin~ " yeah I kinda thought that"
Hallie was talking to somebody on the phone
Convo between upton and a random person on the phone*h= Hallie RP= random person
H~ " oh great!"
RP~" what is it?"
H~"you know that Jay Halstead I was telling is super hot and adorable?"
RP~" yeah. what about him?"
H~" well his fiancé just announced she was pregnant!"
RP~" oh that's it good!"
H~" yeah I know! I've got to go we caught a case!"
RP~" k bye!"
Hallie hangs up the phone*
Hank~ okay since Erin is in desk duty I want upton with Burgess, Atwater with Ruzek, and Dawson with Halstead! Al your with me!"
Everyone~" got it sarge!"
Upton~" Sargent how comes you pared me with burgess??"
Voight~" I pared you with her because I think you two will work well together!"
Upton~" is there any chance you could pare me with Halstead?"
Voight~" you either have ruzek, Atwater,Dawson, or burgess. Halstead is too much cop for you"
Upton~" how comes you pared him and Lindsay if he's 'too much cop'?"
Voight~" because Lindsay  is a good cop who can handle Halstead! You haven't proven that you can work with Halstead yet!"
Upton~" fine!"
Voight~" now you either work with burgess or your out of my unit! It's that simple!"
Upton~" I guess I'll work with burgess!"

A hour later*
Hank~" we caught a case suit up!"
Erin was helping jay get his vest on
Jay~" thanks babe"
Erin~" no problem! Promise me one thing"
Jay~" sure what is it"
Erin~"be safe please!"
Jay~" always!"
Jay kissed Erin and headed out with Antonio

3 hours later*
Jay and everyone had just gotten back with the suspect in hand
Suspect~" nice to see you again miss Lindsay"
Erin~" Charlie"
Jay~" you talk to her one more time and I will drop your ass on the ground you got it!"
Charlie~" yes sir Mr officer sir!"
Jay~" get your smartass in the box!"
Voight~" let me take a crack at him!"
After two hours hank got nothing out of Charlie
Charlie~" I will only speak to Erin!"
Jay~" well than ain't going to happen!"
Erin walked in to the box
Charlie~" ahhh miss Lindsay long time no se- wow your pregnant!"
Erin~" you wanna tell me what the hell you were thinking!!"
Charlie~" I repeat your pregnant!"
Erin~" yes! Now you answer my question!!"
Charlie~" who's the father?"
Erin~" none of your business!"
Charlie~" it's that Halstead guy isn't it!"
Erin~" it's none of your business!"
Charlie~" I Knew it!"
Erin got up and started walking out when Charlie grabbed her wrist. Jay quickly walked it
Jay~" if you don't let go of her I will drop your ass!"
Charlie~" oh what are you going to do! Hit me"
Jay punched Charlie hard and he let go of Erin's wrist
Erin~" thanks babe"
Charlie~" wait your engaged to this guy!"He said noticing Erin engagement ring
Erin~" for the millionth time it's none of your god damn business!"
Erin and jay walked out of the room and walked out to the bullpen
Hank~" you get anything?"
Erin~" no but Charlie got something from jay"
Hank looked at jay with a death stare
Jay~" he put his hands on Erin so I punched the guy"
Hank~" well you were protecting Erin I I won't Bench you"
Erin~" hey hank can me and jay head home I'm not feeling that well"
Hank~" sure kiddo I'll see you tomorrow!"
Erin~" thanks hank!"
Erin let jay drive him which didn't happen very often.  And jay looked over and saw what Erin had her chair laid back asleep which he thought was the cutest thing in the world.
