Chapter 13

                                         Jay's POV
I felt the bed shaking, and I wake up to see Erin stirring and saying "jay, please don't die on me"
After that Erin sat up quickly and was out of breath and crying
Jay~ " Er what happened!" I asked concerned
Erin~ " we were hunting pulpo and he shot you, and you died" Erin said hiccuping between cries
Jay~ " hey I'm right here, I'm not going anywhere"
I said pulling her close to my chest
Erin~ " it felt so real!"
Jay ~ " I know it's okay I'm here."
After maybe 30 minuets Erin was fast asleep with her head on my chest.

The next morning*
Jay~ " good morning"
Erin~ " good morning"
Jay~ " so um did you have anymore nightmares last night?"
Erin~ " after I curled up to you I was fine, jay come here hurry"
Jay~" what's wrong!"
Erin took my hand and put it on her 8 month belly so I can feel our son kick
Jay~" wow, he's defiantly gonna be a good ass kicker when he's older"
Erin~ " no kidding" she said laughing
Jay~ " so uh we have the day off what do you want to do?"
Erin~" well we could put up the nursery bed. Or we could do some shopping."
Jay~ " what ever you want to do babe"
My phone went off and it was hank
Jay~ " ugh"
Erin~ " what is it babe?"
Jay~ " hank wants me to come in because I guess commander Perry wants to talk to me"
Erin~ " go babe it's okay I'm just gonna do some cleaning. Maybe do some laundry or something"
Jay~ " okay I'll only be about a hour" I said giving her a kiss and grabbing my jacket to head out

At the district*
CP= Commander Perry, J= Jay, H= Hank
CP~ " detective Halstead I am right when I say you married your partner?"
J~ " yes ma'am, I'm sorry what excatly did you want me to come in for?"
CP~ " well detective we have a strict policy about no dating your partner, but in your case you married her"
H~ " what are you saying?"
CP~ " I'm saying that unless detective Halstead was married before he started working here we have to fire him."
J~ " what!"
H~ " you have no problem with any other cops dating but when it comes to jay and Erin you have a problem?!"
CP~ " yes Sargent voight we do"
J~ " this is bs I'm leaving, my wife is waiting for me"
I walked out so pissed I punched the wall as I was walking out.

At home*
I get home and hear Erin
Erin~ " ouch damnit!"
Jay~ " hey are you okay."
Erin~ " yeah I'm trying to put this damn crib together and it's not working out" she said letting out a light chuckle
Jay~ " here let me help you."
Erin~ " soo what did commander perry want?"
Jay~ " I'd rather not talk about that."
Erin~ " okay.. well Kim came over and brought me the cutest blanket for the baby."
Jay~ " oh yeah."
Erin~ " yeah it has police cars on it and it says 'my mommy and daddy kick butt' it's the cutest thing ever"
Jay~ " that sounds great Er" I said not really paying attention to what she just said trying to focus on getting this crib built
Erin~ " your not paying attention are you"
Jay~ " I'm sorry baby I'm just" she cut me off with a kiss
Jay~ " wow still the best kisser"

                                   Erin's POV
I was sitting on the couch with jay and then the door bell rang I went up to get it and when I reached the door I was shocked at who it was
Erin~ " Mom.. what the hell are you doing here?"
Bunny~ " I came to see you and your new husband. Your pregnant Erin!"
Erin~ " yeah Mom I am. Why do you care?"
Bunny went to touch my belly but I slapped her hand away
Jay~ " bunny you should leave."
Bunny~ " but I don't want to"
Jay ~ " I don't really care" he said with a smartass attitude
Erin~ " leave now" I said getting pissed
Bunny~ " fine!"
Erin~ " and next time you want to see don't! All you do is make things worst!!"
Bunny~ " you know what Erin. You used to love me, what happened!"
Erin~ " I grew up something you never did" I closed the door in her face and went to sit back on the couch with jay,
Jay~ " hey you good?"
Erin~ " yeah I'm good."
Jay put on ' blue bloods' which was our favorite tv show on Netflix. After maybe 45 minuets I was asleep with my head on jay's lap.
