Chapter 17

A month after Erin had Spencer
                                  Jay's POV
I got up and noticed Erin wasn't in the bed with me so I get up and walk to Spencer's room and he wasn't in his crib so I start panicking when I notice a note on the fridge that says ' hey babe took Spence to hang out with Hank for the day! Love you<3!' And I calmed down. About a hour later I called Erin to see when she would be home

On the phone with Erin
Jay~ " hey babe"
Erin~ " hey I was just about to call you!"
Jay~ " oh yeah, well you've been on my mind all morning."
Erin~ " well I'm pulling into the apartment building right now!"
Jay~ " I can't wait to see you!"
I hung up the phone and waited for her

                                  Erin's POV
I get home and of course jay was starving so we walk down to the pizza place that is a few blocks from out apartment and this guy says
Guy~ " un shake it baby" I scoff at what he said
Jay~ " watch yourself"
Guy~ " yes sir mister officer sir"
We get the pizza and start walking home and the same guy throws his beer bottle at me and says
Guy~ " why don't you bring that ass over to my place some time girl, I'll let you in"
Jay hands me the pizza
Erin~ " oh let it go"
Jay~ " un-uh"
Erin~ "mhm" I say grabbing the pizza from him
Jay~ " come here a sec"
Guy~ "why so you can get me on assault on a cop?"
Jay~ " do you see a badge on me?" The guy takes a swing at jay but jay catches his arm and beats the crap out of him. After jay beat him he helps him up and the guy looks at him like he just saw a ghost
Erin~ " my hero." Jay lets out a small smile which I find extremely sexy! We get home and jay asks me
Jay~ " why don't me, you, and Spence head up to my cabin in Wisconsin?"
Erin~ " I think that's a great idea! The three of us need a get away"
Jay~ " yeah I mean I'm outta work until farther notice... so I have nothing else to do" he says laughing
Erin~ "when do you want to leave?"
Jay~ "what about today?"
Erin~ " sure! Let me go pack!"

                                  Jay's POV
I watch as Erin packs while I'm packing to head to Wisconsin and wow she looks good!
Erin~ " you know a wise man once told me it's rude to stare Mr Halstead"
Jay~ " well I can't help myself Mrs Halstead"
I say walking over to her kissing her neck
Erin~ " hey mister we need to get going" she says laughing
Jay~ " ugh I guess your right"
Erin~ " come on we need go get these bags down to to car" I grab my and Spencer's bags and head down to the car. After 5 minuets of driving we get to hanks and Erin just walks right in,
Erin~ " hank?" Erin yells
Hank~ "damnit Erin Spence was sleeping!"
Erin~ " sorry bud" Erin says picking up our month one son
Hank~ " I thought you weren't picking him up till 6 it's 1?"
Erin~ " yeah I wasn't but jay, me, and Spence are going to Wisconsin for a week to get away from everything"
Hank~ " oh okay. Keep me updated"
Jay~ " will do"
