Erin had taken Spencer on a early morning jog like she does every morning and left jay alone in the cabin in Wisconsin.
Erin was walking up the stairs with Spencer and she heard music she opens the door to see one jay Halstead in nothing but boxers dancing to "it girl" by Jason Derulo. So she pulls out her phone and videos jay dancing
Jay~ " hey er not funny" he says
Erin~ " I'm.... I'm sorry" she can barley talk she's
laughing so much
Jay~ "at least my son isn't laughing" she says grabbing Spencer out of Erin's hands
Erin~ " oh I'm sure if he could laugh he'd be laughing his ass off like me"
Jay~ "shut up" he says chuckling
Erin~ "why don't I take him and you go get some clothes on Mr sexy"
Jay~ " good idea. Oh before I forget my sister is coming to meet you today"
Erin~ " when did she say that?"
Jay~ "this morning. She called me when you were on your run with Spence"
Jay got dressed and made breakfast for Erin and him while Spencer ate a bottle for breakfast
Jay~ " I wander what his formula tastes like?"
Erin~ " I don't know what ever it tastes like he loves it" jay took a sip of Spencer's formula and instantly regretted it
Jay~ " that's horrible" he said spitting the milk into the sink while Erin laughing
Erin~ "why would you do that?" She said still laughing
Jay~ " I don't know, my dumbass thought it would taste good apparently"
Spencer let out a little giggle
Erin~ " even your son is laughing at you"
Erin and jay were interrupted by a knock on the door
Erin~ " that must be your sister, I can't believe I've never met her!"
Jay went to get the door and his sister screamed which scared Spencer causing him to cry
Emma~ " I'm sorry baby bro! I didn't mean to make the baby cry! Waitttt a minuet you have a kid!?"
Jay~ " yup. And this is my wife Erin"
Emma~ " hi it's so nice to meet you!"
Erin~ " it's so nice to meet you to! Jay talks about you a lot!"
Emma~ "why does that scare me"
Jay~ " hey!" Both Erin and Emma were laughing
Emma~ " do you think I could hold my nephew?"
Erin~ " of course!"
Emma grabbed Spencer from Erin's hands and went to sit down with him
Emma~ " how old is he?"
Jay~ "he's a month and a half old!"
Emma~ "wow he's big for a month and a half!"
Erin~ " yeah he weighed 7 pounds when he was born!"
Emma~ " wow he's a big guy! But it's so fricken cute!"
Jay~ "where's Colton?"
Emma~ " we uh we got a divorce about 6months ago"
Jay~ " do I need to beat his ass?"
Emma~ " no you don't baby bro!"
Erin~ " jay.. I think Emma would tell you if she wanted you to beat her ex husband" Emma laughed
Emma~ " so how did you and my brother meet Erin?"
Erin~ " well he was my partner and we kinda just fell for each other"
Emma~ " ohh so this is your hot partner you'd call me everynight after you got home from work to talk about?!"
Jay~ " yes she is!"
Erin~ " awe you'd talk about be jay?"
Jay~ " of course!"
Emma~ " oh he'd do wayyyyy more then talk about you! He'd talk about what you wore, what you ate, and so much more almost like a stalker!" Erin was laughing at what jay's sister was telling her about her husband
Jay~ " heyyy that was personal em!"
Erin~ " well we're married now. So there's no more personal crap anymore Halstead!"
About a hour later Emma had left and it was jay, Erin, and Spencer in the cabin in Wisconsin.

Antonio~ " hey sarge when is Halstead going to be reinstated?"
Hank~ "actually when they get back jay gets reinstated"
Adam~ " oh fun!"
Hank~ " shut ya mouth Ruzek"
Atwater~ " I for one have missed Halstead and Lindsay!"
Upton~ " me to!"
Hank~ "well they get back in two weeks. And Halstead is reinstated as soon as he gets back!"

In Wisconsin
Jay~ " hey babe you wanna take Spence to the hot tub and introduce him to the water?"
Erin~ " that sounds like a good idea baby!"
Erin got Spencer in his water diaper and his little swim shorts that matched jay's swim shorts
Jay~ " I'll get in first."
Erin~ " okay."Jay got in and took Spencer from Erin and held him in his arms and gently lowered him in the water allowing his small body to get used to the water
Erin~ " he seems to like the water!" Erin and jay heard the doorbell ring
Erin~ " I'll get it you stay here with Spence!" Erin got out of the hot tub and went to get the door and was shocked at who it was!
Unknown~ " nice to see you again miss Lindsay..."
