Love and Balls

Not knowing how to spend your Saturday night, you and all your friends wanted to go and do something fun. As the sun set and it grew to night, you all jumped in separate cars and headed to the miniature golf course. Personally you preferred to go at night since all the lights were on and it made it look really pretty, plus the music playing was nice. Were you good at golf? Not really, but it was an excuse for you and your boyfriend Gundham to get out and see everyone. "I do not see what the point is of hitting a ball into a hole in the ground. How is this considered fun?" Said Hamster Boy muttered as everyone walked towards the golf course. You giggled quietly as you looked down at the putter. "I don't know the point of it either, but it's something to do." You lightly shrugged as he was examining the putter as if it was some foreign pancake.

"Is this the staff that is used for this game?" You nodded used to his unique speech patterns. "Yup. You use this to smack the ball." He rose a brow but nodded. "Hmm, interesting...." As you saw the others you already saw that Chiaki was playing her hand held game, Hiyoko was throwing golf balls at a flailing Mikan and Akane was biting off of a large caveman style chicken leg. Where in the actual fuck did she even get that...? You sweatdropped. "I need normal friends.." You muttered as you both approached everyone. "Ibuki is excited to see you two!" Said musician grinned at us as she pulled us into a forceful hug. Gundham flailed as I laughed awkwardly patting her back with a hand. "Are we doing this or what?" Fuyuhiko said annoyed as he easily swung the putter around in his hand. Peko of course right next to him.

"Yeah! Wait who's first?" Kazuichi scratched the side of his head as he looked around. Gundham suddenly stepped forward and grinned. "I shall begin this game of 'The Golf That Is Tiny' and watch as you all cower in fear and awe as I conquer this course with my Godly skills! HAHAHAH!" Everyone, except you, sweatdropped and stepped aside for Gundham as he walked over and paused. "Uhm, what is it that I do now?" He muttered to you and you snorted. "Place the ball down right there then line yourself up and hit it with the putter." He nodded clearing his throat. "O-Of course! Thank you my Empress.." His face was lightly dusted in pink as he did as you instructed. The amount of force he had when he smacked the small ball was impressive as it went flying in the air, bounced off a tree and came back towards everyone. "AH SHIT!" Kazuichi yelled as he ducked, bringing Sonia down with him to 'save her life' as he would put it, everyone else falling to the ground to take cover. The ball slammed right into Nagito's forehead sending him flying away a few feet with a shriek.

Slowly everyone got back to their feet and looked around to see where the hell Nagito went. "Guess his luck was shit tonight." Fuyuhiko said as Peko face palmed. "Holy shit! THAT WAS SO  METAL!" Ibuki yelled flinging her arms in the air. Gundham looked slightly embarrassed as he cleared his throat loudly, walking past Hajime as he motioned for him to go. "I believe it is your turn mortal..." Hajime chuckled nervously and nodded as he went over and took his turn, not killing anyone. Chiaki, though still playing her game was Hajime's personal cheer leader as she stayed close by to him. Everyone was taking their turns and you by chance actually got a hole in one, which Gundham said was because you have hidden abilities that are being awakened. You went with it and kissed him on the forehead which made him fumble and drop his putter as his face was the color of Mahiru's hair.

As the game went on, Nagito was found in a tree a few feet away which Nekomaru got him out of, you were a bit tired and decided to not play anymore. Honestly you were just enjoying the night with Gundham and your friends. The Breeder also quit playing as he nearly fell into the small pond trying to retrieve his ball and cursed the waters for trying to swallow him. While the others were playing Gundham and yourself had taken a seat on a bench under a pretty display of fairy lights that glowed a calm blue. Gundham had taken a small bag of seeds out from his pocket to feed his Deva's, him handing you some so you could also feed them. It was calming and you felt very comfortable and content to be with him and the hamsters. As the Deva's got full they scurried back into his scarf and snuggled into the fabric to stay warm leaving you two alone again. "Are you having a good time my Queen?" He suddenly asked and you nodded as you looked at him with a shy smile. His face heated up a little and he looked away. 'Still so shy...it's so adorable..'

"Are you having a nice time?" You asked him as he nodded glancing at you. He seemed more nervous than usual and you were both curious and concerned as to why he was. You scooted a little closer to him and rested your hand on top of his which was resting on his thigh. He stiffened, but soon relaxed and you frowned. "Gundham are you okay? What's wrong?" He was silent for a bit before he sighed. "I....I have something that I would like to tell you, but I am....unsure of how to express it properly." What could he be talking about? It's been almost a year since you two have been a couple, what would he be having trouble saying? "If you don't know how to say something, you can show me?" You suggested not sure of what to expect from him. He nervously swallowed and hesitated but eventually he turned towards you and slowly took your hands in his. He looked down at your hands while his brows were knitted together in deep thought as his thumbs ran over your knuckles. You began to worry. Was it bad news? Did you do something wrong?

"Are you...breaking up with me?" You asked quietly with remorse and he quickly looked up at you with widened eyes. "Absolutely not my Empress! I, I would be a fool to leave my Goddess that I have been searching for for hundreds of years." You looked at him and he looked right back into your E/C eyes for what seemed like hours, as he slowly began to lean in towards you, pausing as he was barely an inch from your lips. He released a hand of yours and rested it behind your head before he leaned in the rest of the way pressing his soft warm lips onto yours. You've kissed each other before, but every time you still get bats in your belly. His heart was in his throat and his face was dusted in pink as he deepened the kiss by nipping at your bottom lip causing you to open your mouth. You could almost hear his heartbeat it was so rapid with nerves. You arms had slid around his shoulders as he still kept his hand behind your head holding you in place while his other hand slid onto your side just beneath where your bra was. As you two broke away for air just inches from each others lips, your mind was racing as you wanted to kiss him again.

"My Goddess Y/N, I-I love you with all of my cursed heart." He breathed. That was it. That's what he wanted to say. You were so nervous and excited that you felt the tips of your lips perk up into a shy smile. "I love you too Gundham." You breathed back and you heard him release a soft breathy chuckle in relief. "We will rule this world and I am banishing this Tiny Golf game." You giggled as you two began to kiss again, until you heard wolf whistling. "AWW YEAH! Look who's been getting sexy over here!" Ibuki yelled causing you both to break apart and blush five shades of red. Akane was once again eating, cotton candy this time, as she grinned. "Did you make his tail hard Y/N?" I slammed my hands over my face, Gundham covered his whole entire face and head with this scarf while everyone burst into laughter.

'Time to get new friends.'
