You always loved animals, they always fascinated you and you enjoyed being around them much more than humans. You made a talent and job out of your passion as The Ultimate Zoologist. You hummed quietly to yourself as you walked into the large room with the sloths, smiling as one of them turned its head to you and reached out its lanky arm in your direction while the other held onto a tree branch. You giggled as you walked up to her, gently taking her from the branch and holding her to your chest, her clinging to you like a child. "Hey Violet, I'm glad your mange has cleared up.." As you were holding the cute lovable sloth, your friend that worked with you snickered as she peeked her head into the room with a smirk.

"Hey Y/N! That one weird dude you like is here again." You felt your cheeks instantly flush as you shot your friend a glare over your shoulder. "He isn't weird! His name is Gundham." You hissed with a pout as your friend jokingly held her hands up in mock defense getting very entertained at how defensive you got over your crush. "Hey now, I wasn't trying to insult your hamster boyfriend." Your face turned even more red, the sloth still in your arms. "He isn't my boyfriend!" You whisper-yelled before your friend laughed turning away. "I'll go geettt hiiimmm!" She sang in a high octave as she twirled away from the door. "I will kill you.." You muttered looking at where she once stood as the sloths eyes glimmered in amusement as she clung closer to your chest.

You cooed petting her head and down her back as you looked up at the other sloths playing on the branches. A very quiet clearing of someones throat caught your attention as you turned around and felt your heartbeat speed up as you saw Gundham Tanaka standing there. He was already fidgeting to grab his scarf as he looked away from you, his face a light shade of pink. "Forgive my intrusion Miss Y/N, I see you are busy with the speedless beasts." You blinked a few times trying to clear your head as you smiled nervously. "I'm not busy at all Gundham, Violet here had a terrible case of mange and I was just checking on her."

He turned towards you again as his eyes landed on the cute little sloth in your arms, a small adoring smile on his perfect lips. "She seems quit fond of you...You have great power with your minions in this sanctuary." His voice was impressed and shy as he complimented you, his face again turning different shades of pink. 'Ugh, why is he so cute!'  You laughed nervously as Violet, who has been studying Gundham this whole time, suddenly outstretched her arms towards him. He blinked and took a few steps closer as he looked at the sloth, gently petting her soft fur on her head. "May I hold her?" He asked you kindly as you nodded, gently handing her to him. "It seems she wants you too." You said with a shy smile, low key jealous of this sloth that is now in the arms of your crush. 'Lucky Violet..'

As he held Violet, the look in his eyes almost made you melt. It's more than clear he has such a love for animals and it is the sweetest thing you've ever seen. "You really love animals don't you Gundham?" You wondered out loud as he nodded still smiling at the sloth he held. "I do indeed. These beautiful creatures that walk the plains of the Earth are far more superior than we are." You nodded as you ran your fingers through Violets fur on her back, blushing as your fingers blushed against his own. He cleared his throat nervously feeling a volt of electricity through his skin as you too felt the shivers down your spine from the contact. "There is perhaps something else I do believe I love." You tilted your head with a blink of your E/C eyes. "Oh?" You asked as you grew nervous. 'He means Sonia, doesn't he?'  Feeling your heart slowly begin to sink, he nervously nodded as his face was beginning to turn red. "Y-Yes, though it is rather foreign to me, the Gods have led me in the direction of what I desire."

You felt confused now, even though you're use to his eccentric way of speech. Keeping his eyes on Violet and not you, he nodded before using a hand to cover up all the way to his nose with his scarf. "Though love is not something I am experienced with, Y/N, you have infested my heart with it and I do hope that you feel the same for me." Your eyes widened as you realized what he meant, the sloth in his arms looking between you both as if she knew exactly what was happening.

As if she did still holding onto Gundham with one arm, she reached over to you with her other as if she wanted you two to become closer. You gently took her little claw and as you stepped forward, you were just a few inches from Gundham. He was still very red and very embarrassed, but you didn't look much different. "I...I do feel the same Gundham." You shyly replied smiling at Violet as if she was his wing-sloth. Or yours, you didn't even know. He swallowed quickly with a shy nod as he cleared his throat. "T-Thank you for excepting a demon like myself Y/N.."
