You knew it was going to be difficult to keep hiding your secret. Luckily the only person that knew, your boyfriend Gundham, was not going to tell anyone. Well, maybe the Deva's, but that wasn't anything to worry about. You would debate often if you should just come out and tell your friends that you were actually a mermaid, but naturally you were scared of their reactions. Your friends are very accepting, though mermaids shouldn't even exist, so this wasn't any normal secret. You were not sure how they would react and that alone scared the Hell out of you.

As you were just leaving your class and dropping your books off into your locker, your stomach growled in excitement as you were heading to the cafeteria for lunch. 'Jeeze, I'm starving..'  As you continued to walk Gundham was waiting for you right by the door as he sent a gentle smile your way. You felt your face heat up, he always made the bats in your stomach erupt in a wild frenzy. "Hello my Monarch. Did you enjoy your class today?" He asked softly as you both were now about to enter the cafeteria. You let out a tiny sigh, a mountain of homework on your shoulders from said class. "I have quite a bit of homew-"

Your sentence was cut short as your eyes widened in absolute horror as you felt a sudden rush of cold water splash down on your body out of no where. You didn't even know what happened, it was all so fast that your mind didn't even register anything minus Gundham's terrified eyes and him literally picking you up and running out into the hallway just as your legs were beginning to morph together into your large tail. You heard your friends running after you yelling their concerns. You knew they also witnessed  you transform into what you really are. As your scales grew into your skin, your top gone and your tail now dragging the floor as it almost tripped your poor boyfriend, he managed to stumble into the janitors closet with you still in his arms.

As he grabbed towels and anything else he could find to absorb water, you sat on the floor in shock, your eyes threatening to water. 'They saw. All our friends... Who the fuck poured water on me? Why?..'  So many thoughts were swarming your mind, Gundham was very frustrated, not at you, but at the vile person who had harmed his beautiful Goddess. "Y/N." He says gently as he had managed to dry you off enough to where you were slowly transforming back, your legs reappearing and your clothes back in order as they were before. You jumped as he gently caressed your face, concern in his gorgeous  eyes. "My Love, are you unharmed?" He knew you were not mentally, but he was also concerned about you physically. "I...I'm fine." You whisper and of course he doesn't believe you, but didn't push you.

"I need to go back to class.." You say quietly and although he tries to protest this idea, you go anyways causing him to worry the rest of his class. He is extremely angry at whoever did this to you and when he finds out, he will hex them harshly. Instead of going to class you hid in the bathroom until he was gone only ditching school altogether and running home. 'I'm a freak...everyone thinks I'm one... No one will ever talk to me again..'  As you ran up your steps to your home, tears were flowing like mad as you quickly entered your house rushing to your room. You didn't even make it to your bed as you collapsed on your floor bawling your head off. Grabbing your head you let out a pained scream as every single negative thought possible wormed its way into your mind and settled like a parasite.

Fully convinced all your friends and everyone else at school will hate you and think you're a failed science experiment, you cried even harder. Your crying being the only thing to ring in your home, you didn't even hear your door open as your boyfriend knew you all too well. He knew you wouldn't be able to function in class, he could feel your sadness and worries. He had rushed to your home, pausing in the doorway of your bedroom only to stare in absolute sorrow at your hunched over form shaking from crying. "Y/N, my Dove," He called gently, your body lightly jumping at his sudden voice. "G-Gundham?" You whimper hoarsely and he is instantly by your side, his arms wrapping around your trembling form. "Do not weep my Monarch, I am here for you now." He soothed softly in your hair as he held you.

He held you as you cried, gently rubbing your back, running his fingers through your hair, soothing you with sweet words and holding you against his chest giving your head small kisses. As you were able to calm down you clung to him still, your face in his chest as his heartbeat was calming to your ears. "Everyone thinks I'm a freak now.." You whispered as he gently shook his head. "I do not believe such harsh insults would come from our friends." In a way you knew he was right, but the fear was still there. He comforted you and even stayed the night with you as he held you closely, your nightmares staying at bay thanks to his magic.

You didn't want to go to school the next day, Gundham even offered to stay home with you, but you made yourself go. You needed to face your fears, not run from them. Gundham held your hand tightly as you both entered the school building, your heart dropping as you saw all of your friends whispering to themselves as they were giving you looks. 'Oh great...'  Gundham squeezed your hand reassuringly as they all approached you two first, Hajime stepping forward. "Hey Y/N, we were all worried about you." Your brows shot up. "What?" You asked surprised as he frowned. Chiaki nodded, though her eyes were glued to her game. "You left in a hurry after you became a mermaid. Are you okay?" Her voice was so calm and you were floored. How did she just say that as if it was normal? "YEAH! YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT SHIT!" Nekomaru's booming voice caused you to jump, a grin with loud laughter escaping him. Ibuki was now grinning as she nodded. "Ibuki thanks Y/N is even cooler! I understand now why you couldn't come to my pool parties!"

Why were they all being so understanding? Teruteru suddenly smirked at you as he was rubbing his chin. "Yes, mermaid and sirens were only a myth to me until I saw your tits-TAIL! Your beautiful....bouncing...Perfectly sized....tail..." Gundham gritted his teeth, the glare he sent Teruteru made him yelp as he hid behind a very bored looking Fuyuhiko grumbling about how creepy he is. "Anyways....Hiyoko was the one that pulled the water prank, she is very sorry!" Mahiru said forcing the small blonde forward who was looking down and glaring. "Yeah whatever.." You ignored her, smiling at everyone else, except Teruteru. "Thanks guys..." Gundham kissed your knuckles as he brushed his lips past your ear. "Everything is alright now my Siren."

I HOPE I GOT THIS RIGHT? I don't know why I got kind of confused with the request XD I'm stupid <___< Anyways, ENJOY. .........ALSO WAIT HOLD UP. BOTH OF MY BOOKS GOT RANKINGS!? WHAT IS THIS!?!? XD I feel special for once ;0; Hahah
